We used Sams for several months for general housekeeping cleans. We really liked the company. Regretfully, we had medical bills and we’re not able to continue the service. They even worked with us to get the price down lower, but we were not able to at this time. We will definitely go back the this business should we start needing housekeeping services again.

Amjad & his Team did an awesome job for us. They came out and we walked through the project and what we would want for them to complete for us. They were dependable and always on time, hard working and very thorough with every task/job we requested. We will use their Company/Services again and we highly recommend them. Thank You for handling & coordinating this major Clean Up & Hauling Job at our property. Your Company made this an easy process!

Sam's Cleaning and Hauling comes highly recommended by me. I have been using their monthly cleaning services for approx. 2 years now and the girl that normally comes, Brenda, is A1 in her ability to thoroughly clean my home top to bottom and better yet, I trust her in my home, even when I am not there. She has a lovely, cheerful attitude and I appreciate her very much.

In addition, the owner, Amjad, has gone WAY above and beyond in helping me out with various tasks related to hauling things in and out of my home + small household chores relating to moving furniture, most recently coming to help me lift my very heavy mattress and box springs off of the frame so I could place new bedding and sheeting on it properly.

Another thing I like about this company is that I always get a monthly reminder that my cleaning lady is due on a certain day.

Again, this company gets a 5 star review from me.

Awesome Company! I've used Sam's for years. I'm a Realtor and a homeowner and have used them in my personal and business. I've used them to clean and haul away items left at my renthouses. Reasonably priced and any work they have ever done is A-1 exceptional! They clean our personal home once a month and the work is excellent! Give them a try you won't regret it.

When they came to clean out our house and remove old furniture, we had a perfectly good bed frame, mattress and box spring left in our garage. We placed a note on it asking that they leave these items. Unfortunately, they removed our bed, as well.

I wouldn't be upset about an honest mistake. However, the guy in charge, Amjad, told me it was my fault for not being more explicit in my instructions and refused to bring our bed back to us unless we paid him $150 for what he called "extra work."

There are plenty of cleaning and junk removal companies in the Houston area and I bet most, if not all, of them would be willing to put the customer first.

Notice in his response below that he apologizes for accidentally taking our bed and mattress, implying that it is their fault, yet he wouldn't return it because it was too inconvenient for him.

Monica and her crew were awesome. They did an amazing job of cleaning a very large house and were so kind throughout the day. I highly recommend Sam’s Cleaning and Hauling.

Fantastic service! Attention to detail is so much better than previous cleaning service I used. And, when I have a special project (spring cleaning) I know who to call to haul my junk away.

Sam's Cleaning and Hauling is an outstanding company. I have contracted with them to clean my mother's house every two weeks, and she is completely satisfied with the reliable service she receives. She has indicated many times that Brenda, the woman assigned to come to her home every two weeks, is an outstanding worker, and she always looks forward to her visits.

Sam is the best and great customer service with the upmost respect. He was on time and completed the project quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend him and also use his services again.

I hired Sam's Cleaning and Hauling for Carpet Cleaning . I have 4 kids and you can imagine how dirty the carpet was . They did an awesome job cleaning my whole house. They were very professional from the moment I contacted them . They even called after to ensure everything went smooth . Awesome Job !!

I used Sam’s Cleaning and Hauling my last two moves.I let go of some furniture and destashed. So convenient to have someone who can haul and clean! I plan to use again. Reliable. Friendly. Amjad provides excellent service.

Pay attention to your contract very disingenuous cleaning service. I contracted them for 7 hours worth of work for them to split being to two people and called it man hours. They didn’t finish the job halfway cleaned. Will not be using this service again.

UPDATE: Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a small business. Received a bill for services. Called bc I had communicated that the house hadn’t been cleaned and thought we were all squared away. Now that it’s a few weeks later they take zero ownership and threatened that they would be pursuing the charge. The owner is completely unreasonable and raised his voice at me over the phone saying they will be pursuing the charges which felt like trying to threaten my credit or something. I reminded him I had sent pictures that entire rooms hadn’t been vacuumed and counters weren’t even wiped down. Like, did he think he was going to send me a bill and I’d forget the house wasn’t cleaned?

I called Sam’s because I saw them referred on a Facebook ad. I was really excited to find a cleaner. I called when no one came at 30 min past our appointment. They said they were sending a replacement. I was late to work but excited to come home because I had asked for a deep clean. Came home and first noticed on my vanity it still had a film of dry shampoo then I started looking around. Most of the floors were obviously not swept or mopped, counters all had dust on them windowsills still had bugs. They offered to send the same person out tomorrow during the day but I was looking for a service for cleaning to be off my plate and don’t want to coordinate again and have to check someone’s work when they come out. Honestly they did such a bad job that I don’t want to try with them again.

Sam's Cleaning completed an initial deep cleaning for me today, and I can't wait to have them back for regular cleanings. They were quick to respond to an inquiry, and were able to schedule a 6 man hour cleaning the day after speaking to them. Each room in my house looks and smells fantastic!

A friend of mine who was a pack rat passed away she left a mountain of worthless items in her home and garage. We called Sam’s and they came out and gave us a free quote and made it sooo much easier to take care of her estate. I recommend them to anyone who feels overwhelmed by their clean up project.

Very professional, right down to business. They have done cleaning of my house in the past and couldn't be any more pleased and I am very demanding myself. They are also very trustworthy which to me is extremely important.

Amjad and the Sam’s team are quick, responsive, and easy to work with. I am a property manager, I have used them for move out cleans, including after hoarders and evictions. Most recently, Monica was cleaning a vacant home to prepare it for move in. The water had been shut off due to winterization from the freeze in January. She waited until I was able to get someone over to the house to turn the water back on. They are a convenient one-stop shop for cleaning and hauling. I plan to continue using them whenever possible.

I’ve used Sam’s for a couple of years now and they do a fantastic job. It is so nice coming home after a long day to a sparkling clean house. It’s also nice to have them jump on a special “project” every now and then, like cleaning up after some house repairs, and removing some junk we didn’t want to sell or donate.

I hired this cleaner recently. Monica, the manager, received the instructions for the cleaning services. The maid was polite, and cleaned the bathrooms and the kitchen well, however, she did not follow my instructions and caused problems on my floor. She also did not clean everything properly.. She did not know how to mop the house and used the wrong product on the floor even though I had instructed her to use a different one. The problem is that she was not very efficient. I think that this company is very expensive. They charged me almost $40 an hour. Furthermore, some staff does not speak English, so they cannot read the names of the cleaning products, so it is easy for them to make mistakes. I don’t believe that they do a background check on the employees. I certainly do not recommend this business. Monica was not professional, and it was stressful to deal with her. When I expressed my concerns to Monica, the manager, she just kept arguing with me. I cannot recommend this cleaning service.
