Maria and Jose just left. I’m disabled and can’t clean as well as I once did. Oh my goodness. My house looks brand spanking new! I can’t believe the difference. It’s 1650 square feet. They made it spotless in 2 hours. Base boards, floors, carpets, all the fixtures, you name it … the made it look new again. I’m so happy they will be back every 2 weeks to maintain it for me. I recently hired Mr. Rivas and his family for a deep cleaning of my home, and I am beyond impressed with their exceptional service. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. They paid attention to every detail, ensuring that no corner was left untouched. I was particularly amazed at how they cleaned each individual piece of every window blind, which I’ve never seen anyone do before and how they cleaned the range hood/filter; they left it prestine and shiny and almost looks new again. They came out again & arrived 8 minutes early. I have 4 grandchildren and a daughter who are MESSY! Rivas Martinez cleaned main bathroom, hallway, and kitchen of my 2000 square foot home in 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was super-clean, IMMACULATE! My toilet (I had thought I must buy a new one) and tub had hard water stains- I had tried bleach, Comet cleanser, and CLR to clean them myself, to no avail. They are SPARKLING WHITE now. They cleaned the kitchen including in, under, and behind all appliances & it looks amazing 😃. I will continue to hire their very affordable services regularly- they are a blessing to a single, hard-working parent! As an added plus, they are super polite and service-oriented. A rare find today.

Rivas and his crew were amazing. Extremely nice and pleasant. Received an estimate Monday & services were provided the next morning. They work in each room as a team to provide fast and immaculate cleaning. They also provide deep carpet cleaning. Which was great so there was no need to contact a carpet cleaning service. Rivas and the ladies provide it all & have great communication. They are affordable and are literally a 1 stop shop. They did an amazing job, so much so, that we paid them more than what we were quoted because the services were beyond amazing. 10/10 would and will be recommending them to everyone needing cleaning services.

Booked them for a last minute bathroom deep clean and room cleaning after a tenant moved out. Although they were extremely busy (it was a Saturday) they managed to do a walkthrough and fit me in for a cleaning same day.
