Magic Cleaning provided exceptional deep cleaning for my daughter’s townhouse before her move-in. Their communication was excellent, and they were both professional and efficient. I highly recommend their services!

They did great, once they got there they got to work and got the job done. I have used other companies and they’re by far provided the best experience and service. I went ahead and booked them to come do a deep clean once a month.

Magic Cleaning was fabulous to work with. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The two young cleaning women were professional in appearance and attitude. I was at home when they cleaned and it was a very pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend.

Spent over $800 to get a move in deep clean. However the service was not on par with the reviews that I thought were so great. Although Geoff had great communication via text, they arrived almost two hours late and I had to go in clean after they left because they didn’t do a great job. A lot of things were missed. I had high hopes but unfortunately, I will not be recommending them to anyone.

I am very pleased with Carla and Vanessa who have been cleaning my home. They are amazing! They are on time, efficient, and do a great job cleaning. They also pay attention to detail which is always a plus! The manager, Geoff, is also very kind, communicative, and always makes sure that I am satisfied!

We were looking for a deep clean of our home before our baby arrives. Customer service was great from the moment I called to inquire. I was able to make the payment easily and I was even able to get cleaning done the next day. When the ladies arrived they were so sweet and asked what specific things they needed to focus on. They cleaned everything and it didn’t take too long. I can’t wait to get another cleaning service because they were so efficient.

I recently hired Magic Cleaning for a post-construction cleaning on one of my job sites. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. They got the job done efficiently and met all expectations. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for future projects.

My CC awarded the dispute in my favor, that's how bad these guys scammed me. They tried offering a $15 refund for $200+ of time they stole from me, my CC company felt different (thankfully). I feel like a lot of these 5 star reviews are paid for, they are that bad. Stay away from these scammers, or at least be prepared to babysit them the entire time. They'll advertise 3 hours, then leave after 1-2 hours if you're not there, and then lie about it and offer a $15 refund on a $300 cleaning (overpriced to begin with). Not to mention all the spots they missed cleaning. Then they act like they offered reasonable alternatives, as if $15 for 2 hours of stolen labor is anything but laughable...and as if i want the company who stole from me and tried to get away with it back into my house. Do yourself a favor and shop around, these guys ain't it.

I booked a 3-hour cleaning with 2 cleaners (6 total labor hours) for my newly purchased home. The house was 100% empty and already fairly clean, so I gave them a very simple, very clear scope of work:

Wipe down all bathroom tile walls
Mop the entire floor space
Quickly clean the inside of the washer and dryer

That’s it...

Instead, here’s what I got:

The cleaners left AT LEAST 60 minutes early (and based on the incomplete work, I strongly suspect closer to 2 hours early). When I came home 60 minutes before their scheduled end time, they were already gone.

They completely skipped the master bedroom (about 1/3 of the house).

The bathroom walls weren’t touched.

The washer/dryer wasn’t cleaned at all—despite the sales rep explicitly telling me on the phone, “Yes, we’ll clean the washer and dryer, I’ll note that.” When I complained, the same person flat-out denied they offer lightly cleaning the dryer/washer.

They also broke my fan+light, and refuses to do anything about it.

Also, I had to fight like crazy to.get even a 10 minute refund offered. These guys are scammers, straight up.

Blinds and other obvious spots were also left dirty.

To make things worse, when I raised my complaint:

The company first denied the cleaners left early and refused any refund.

Only after I provided timestamped proof was I offered a laughable $15 refund (10 minutes of time).

Later they “generously” increased it to about $40 (30 minutes)—still short of the 60–145minutes they stole from me in labor cost, not to mention the areas they skipped entirely.

They offered to come back with a supervisor, but that was never realistic. I deliberately scheduled this cleaning while the house was completely empty before moving in furniture, pets, and belongings. Their “solution” would’ve required me to fly back from California or let them in once the house was fully moved into, with my cats and girlfriend there. Not to mention, why would I ever trust a company back in my home after they blatantly tried to undercut me and lied about the services promised?

In the end, I paid nearly $300 for what was essentially a 1-hour job The company’s handling of this was dishonest, dismissive, and insulting.

If you value your time, your money, and basic integrity in business, stay far away from this company.

Stay far, far away from these scammers.

Invoice #1579 before they try to dodge this review and go "ThIS pErSoN hAs nO rEcOrd". Shame on you owner, you let your cleaners deliberately steal labor from your company, and refuse to address the customer aspect until your back is against the wall (looking at how you outright refused that your cleaners left early, when WE BOTH have the timestamped text I sent that was sent before cleaners were supposed to leave).

I’ve used several cleaning companies before, but this one truly stands out. The team was friendly, respectful, and very detailed. They left my home spotless and organized. I appreciate their consistency and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service.
