Michelle's Cleaning has been cleaning my brother's townhouse for years and has done a great job with them. He offered to let them clean my studio apartment on him. My place was a mess and they did an amazing job cleaning it and even organized all the clutter. It looks cleaner than it was when I moved in 3.5 years ago. I def recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

I love that Michelle went through a full walkthrough consultation upon first arriving. She was attentive to the areas that mattered most and made sure I was comfortable with the services she provided. Michelle has been cleaning my house for 6 months now and I constantly appreciate her service! She (and her girls) puts exceptional detail into everything from the insides of the trash cans to crystal clear mirrors. This was my first time using Michelle's services. I was in need of a deep clean while I was out of town. She was very professional throughout the entire experience. I was a bit worried about the safety and security of my home. She provided her insurance and detailed information that gave me piece of mind.

So I've used a cleaning service before but I have NEVER had anyone send me detailed pics throughout the cleaning. I was quite impressed with this. Her level of communication was outstanding! If you have specific areas of concerns, she'll address ALL of them.

She certainly put in the time and effort and it shows! I'm very pleased with her and have her scheduled again already for next months cleaning.

Michelle’s team was very thorough and very informative. She took time to give a detailed estimate and her pricing is very fair and competitive. She also sent pictures and asked questions about our preferences. She also kept us updated on the time and how much time was left.
