We love using Giovana’s Maid Services!! We always come home completely satisfied with the service. They pay attention to detail and leave our home looking and smelling amazing. The girls are very sweet and respectful. The communication and scheduling is great. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been using Giovana’s Maid Service for almost 30 years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. Their team is consistently thorough, reliable, and respectful of my home. Every visit leaves my house spotless and feeling refreshed, and I appreciate how detail-oriented they are—things I didn’t even think to clean are always taken care of.

Communication is also a strong point. Scheduling is easy, they’re always punctual, and if there’s ever anything specific I need addressed, they listen and follow through.

I wish I could say I had the same experience others had but I did not. My realtor recommended them (she was a great realtor!). It was not the cleaning that I had a problem with, instead it was the fact that they helped themselves to several things that were not theirs (from food in the pantry to other things that went missing). I expressed this to Giovanna (because I have video footage from the pantry that clearly shows one of the ladies helping themselves to food items). Her response was it was just a Diet Coke but I would have been fine if it were just a Diet Coke and not several other things. Bottom line, I would be very careful leaving them unattended (which I did and that was absolutely my fault!).

I had the most amazon experience having my home cleaned by the best! Lord knows how much I needed the help and these ladies came right in and assured me that it’s ok to get help! They left my home feeling so clean and fresh! Highly recommend! They even folded my towels in cute shapes! The cutest ever! Thank youuuu so glad I found you guys! This was our first time using Golden Wand and I must say it was truly a great experience. Phillip was knowledgeable, personable and did an amazing job cleaning our drapes and carpet. It’s very hard to please me and my husband but Phillip was incredible.

Phillip was so kind, honest and extremely helpful. I have been dealing with a rug that a cat peed on and I didn’t know what to do about it after cleaning it four times. Philip drove down, took a look at it and got to work! He even helped me take the rug up 8 floors! Can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you guys again.
