This is an amazing cleaning company. I've have used their services twice, first one was for moving out cleaning and second was for a moved in post-construction deep clean. The second cleaning was a big job because the house was filthy with dust and debris everywhere. The two ladies arrived 15 minutes before appointment time and started working diligently. They cleaned and wiped down all surfaces, walls, appliances, outlet covers, trash can, toilet...everything. I can finally walk around barefoot in my house after they finished. They did an excellent job and I will definitely use their service again.

This was my first time using this company and they ROCK! They made my booking easy, showed up the next day and my house looks fantastic! I will certainly recommend this service to anyone out there. Special Thank you to Consuelo!! She was fabulous and left everything impeccable.

Very professional service, excellent customer care , they are quite versatile and I highly recommend them for all kind of cleaning jobs. Efficient time management and business integrity.Thats my 911 emergency when I need a clean up, I think I need to give them another call because I want to maintain this sparkling look at my office and home. keep up the good work guys! your job speaks for itself...... I was looking for 6 stars on the ratings unfortunately it stopped at 5.

Outstanding communication and service.

Engaged them for an outside cleaning and it was done promptly without issues. As the inside windows were also dirty, scheduled another appointment and had them return for those. All service was easy and the service providers arrived timely and were efficient. Have already referred them to another local family member.

They(owner) contacted me regards to the incident last week, showed me a sincere apology, and exchanged the feedback. I was very glad that they took it very seriously did the best what they can do for the future.

I was going to call another provider but changed my mind to get the service from Westpaq. Two people came to my place (this time an hour early!) for the service- I can tell that they did an amazing job. I am sure I will use the service again and really appreciated the actions made by the owner.

Made apartment deep cleaning appointment via Amazon Home Service. Long story short, they didn't show up. I called the office three times- no response.

The appointment was 11 AM - 2 PM. They contacted me around 2:18 PM. They said they are on the way and asked me the location (I sent them to google map link of my location). I waited about 3 hours- They called me again around 5:18 PM saying they cannot find my place (I use Amazon, Uber Eats, Yelp Delivery, etc with the same address with no problem.)

This is total BS. Horrible experience ever I had with any service providers. Now, I don't even trust they were on the way. I just contacted Amazon Customer Service to share my experience and got a refund. They mentioned that they sent the coaching to Westpaq Cleaning Solutions. I hope other customers won't have the same issue I had today.

This group is terrific! I was referred by my realtor, I had just moved out of the city and needed my house cleaned for new owners, so they were there unsupervised and did a phenomenal job, spotless! I've used other services, was there, and these folks did a better job without me even there! i would highly recommend and have already passed along their info. Thank you for making that part of my move so easy!!

Westpaq Cleaning did an excellent job at our facilities. They throughly cleaned the building and did an amazing job on the windows which other companies failed to do. The owner is extremely through and followed up to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. The proposal submitted was detailed and price was unbeatable. Our company will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company for all of your cleaning needs.

Incredibly happy with the decision to hire Westpaq Cleaning Solutions. Two professionals arrived right on time and worked tirelessly for almost five hours. They were kind and very professional. Super thorough--the bathrooms are spotless, all surfaces are clean, and the floors look great. The blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards--everything has been touched! Guys always do a great job on every house, I use them after my company replaces roofs. They come in and add the final touches with new seamless gutters and downspouts. All my homeowners are very happy, no issues. I will always use Texas Pride for all my gutter needs. Keep up the good work guys!
