Yes, they were prompt. But they wanted to clean out the inside of my dryer for an additional $50. I said no - I would do that myself. They proceeded to do it anyway and tried to charge me for it! My dryer is still not working, so I need to get into it to switch out the heating element. Well, turns out these people overtightened the screws (doing work that I asked them not to do!), making it impossible for me to open it by myself. I will not be calling them again.

I hired Aaron's Vent Cleaning Service because my old dryer died due to a clogged vent. They cleaned it I bought a new dryer and I asked them if they would come back and check the vent because of all the cleanings before they cleaned the trap that were obvious fraud and not cleaned.
I called recently for them to check on my vent they said they would check I reminded them of the promise for the check from the first cleaning and I experienced some towels not drying completely.
They said they would come check on it today. They came, they checked, it is fine!
AND THEY CHARGED ME $90 after they promised a check up and they said they would check on it NOT ONE TIME oh yeah $90
for a service they agreed too for a checkup on their work that ran me the first time $237.00. Their answer well it was fine we did our job!!! On a fixed income sad commentary.

Aarons dryer vent cleaners came out today to check out my dryer and it’s vent. It was completely clogged up with lint and dog hair. They clean out the vent inside and out. Replaced my dryer vent tube and cleaned out the inside of the dryer. They did a terrific job. My dryer works much quicker and efficient now. I highly recommend this company.

This company is super professional and reliable. Not only do they know what they are doing, they are honest and work with you as a customer. I had my dryer vent cleaned and dryer cleaned from them. All I can say is Jose is very respectful and knowledgeable. He put in a pipe that the prior company neglected to do and even tell me about. The price was amazing as well. To me, Aaron's was an awesome experience. I will 100 percent use them for any dryer needs I have in the future.

My new dryer had stopped working and the code indicated overheating. Had the dryer repair guy here and he said the issue was related to the dryer vent. Thank goodness it shut off since it was definitely a fire hazard.! They came today and cleaned from the inside vent upwards and from the roof downwards. A lot of gunk was taken out and now the dryer is working fine. I strongly recommend this service to not only keep appliances running but to also to protect your home from fire.
