We first used word of mouth when we moved into our new home, we had all of the Berber rugs cleaned. Gerald is a true professional. He is timely, honest, reasonably priced and takes pride in his work. He has cleaned our house carpet, silk and wool rugs and my office waiting room chairs. Every time we have been very happy with his work. One time there was a difficult stain to remove on our sofa, and he came back 2 more times just to try to remove it but did not add an extra charge for it. I highly recommend Gerald!
