The BEST cleaning service I have ever received. Very professional and went above and beyond by not just cleaning but organizing. They left my house as if it were a new home!

Brenda and her team are so good and so reliable. I’ve been using her for awhile and I have no complaints. She is spectacular!

Made an appointment yesterday. Had to put an $80 deposit down. Was supposed to come at 12. Said they would be late and arrive around 2pm. Okay no problem….. all of a sudden it’s 5pm I have called twice no answer (and no way to leave a voice message) still haven’t heard from them and it is 8pm. I hope they call me first thing tomorrow.
UPDATE:
They never called me. I had to use my friends phone to call (I guess they were ignoring mine) and they picked up then I told them I wanted a refund of the deposit and they said “you can cancel it through your bank”

Very disappointed. And very unprofessional, I am handicapped and I had booked with Brenda to clean for me.
I am hosting my nephews 1st birthday party the next day so it was very important to me to have my house done and look presentable for everyone, and I am highly allergic to dust. I only had requested my living room, kitchen and bedroom done. Something easy. She said yes of course a week in advance. Than I didn't hear from her again. Until the day of when I had to basically call and text several times for 2 days straight. I'm getting nervous that she's not going to come and I'm left last minute trying to scramble something together. I'm not sure why Brenda didn't want to communicate with me, but it's very unfortunate that I had to deal with this and now I'm left with nothing. I even had 5 of my other friends and family members that I requested this company too.

Friendly, professional, and punctual crew. A hurricane hit a few days before our appointment and we were left with no power for a day. We have 3 puppies and in Texas Summer heat with no ac the dog smell was starting to be overwhelming. They followed up to reschedule the day after the hurricane hit and they came and did an amazing job! Will definitely keep booking them!

We hired Let it shine to do a deep clean for moving into a new rent house. They were prompt, courteous, and spent all day making sure the house was clean from top to bottom. Very punctual and thorough cleaning job. I just sold my house and used this company to clean it right after moving out. I had three cats, one of whom sheds a lot, and it was like they had never lived there. They also cleaned inside the appliances which a lot of companies don't do. Highly recommend!
