I’m a Property Manager and I use All Floors Carpet Company all the time—they never disappoint! From start to finish, they do an amazing job. The quality of their work and attention to detail always go above and beyond what I expect.

Carlos, is fantastic. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and super thorough, and he always makes sure everything is done right while keeping us in the loop. Joana in the office is wonderful as well—she’s always helpful, responsive, and makes scheduling and communication so easy.

Trevor did a fantastic job deep cleaning our carpets! We had stains from dogs and he was able to deodorize and remove all stains and mats.

Had Mr.Randy come out to deep clean my carpets and he did an awesome job. Super friendly, showed up on time, and worked fast but didn’t cut corners. My carpets look way better— and everything smells fresh again. Definitely glad I did it and would use them again for sure.

Our technician, Randy, was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, took time to discuss my specific needs regarding pet concerns, and went above and beyond. There was great communication with Safe Dry prior to our appointment and directly with Randy on the day of. Randy arrived on time and made sure I was happy before he left. The carpets look great and I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Looks a lot better after thorough cleaning. Was a lot of high traffic areas that Randy was able to lighten up.
