The first cleaning I scheduled with Jessica I thought this would be a quick cleaning and thought I’d been doing a great job . Jessica proved me wrong !! Not only did she leave my place spotless she organized a few things while cleaning . She is very customer oriented , excellent communicator and very good at what she does . If you are thinking about hiring a housekeeper, give Jessica a shot ! Trust me you’ll be glad you did!

I have a small one bed one bath under 800 Sq feet. No kids or pets. The apartment only had 2 rooms. She offered to clean for $165. I said no. Way over priced. She then offered $120, again this is too much. So she called, we talked and agreed to set a time to negotiate. After she came, she did not clean the bedroom and the living room has hardly no furniture. She barely feather dusted anything, did well with the kitchen, bath and trash, and charged me $150!!! ZELLE. When I questioned her, because the tiny apartment is still dusty, dirty, she offered to reclean. I said no. I do not trust her. I don't want her back in my home. The English is very poor and she cheated me the first time I used her service. All housekeepers I've ever used charge from $50 to $65. I should never be charged over $80. I was cheated out of $150 for a one bedroom and one bath. 2 room apartment that is still dirty. She did not do the bedroom. NEVER use this service. I should not have paid her at all. DON'T make my mistake.
