The logistics and management team are subpar, I scheduled a deep cleaning for a certain time, day of appointment Emily the manager text a different time in which I was not available. After my request Emily called and offered my original time slot. They want to do business by text, its unprofessional. I enjoyed the cleaners so much I then signed up for reoccurring service. The very next time again issues with logistics, though they confirmed the time in advance no one ever showed. I called Emily several times and no answer. I texted and no response for hours. She then sent someone several hours after the designated appointment time without even calling to apologize or ensure I was still available. She continued to make excuses and wanting to conduct business via text. I requested a call and Emily said her assistant manager was responsible. They messed up business of reoccurring service because of disorganized and bad customer service. Management team also seems incapable of actually managing and wanting to conduct business, especially issues via text. Also no survey was sent either the first or second time.
In addition for transparency- as you can see in their responses they defend instead of taking responsibility. You book thru online service which is provided by the company and they clearly dont have it worked out because "things happen", her statement about the size of my home being different is also incorrect and further shows lack of professionalism and ability to manage - my size quoted was correct, i even booked only 2 out 3 rooms for cleaning but still gave entire sq ft and I also set up recurring services and was quoted the same amount so if this was true wouldn't a price adjustment have been discussed from the company? Do better Emily!! Adding receipts - I hope the company provides better management moving forward as clearly this source is starting from the top! - as stated the cleaners were great & lets be clear you sent 3 ladies to clean up YOUR mistakes with booking not mine!
