Instead of recommending replacing the air handler, they suggested either recharging the entire system or infusing it with nitrogen to locate the leak - at a $400 cost. A few days later, the problem worsened and we ended up having to replace the entire AC unit. They initially offered to waive the service fee, but then charged us anyway.
