Justin and a coworker serviced my AC for the first time, yesterday. They were very professional and respectful. They took very little time before diagnosing the issue. Also, I saved around 500.00. My other AC unit had an issue where it was not blowing as cool as it had been and condensation water was collecting in the pan where it normally just goes down the condensation pipe. Ronald opened the air handler and found that insulation from inside the coils had fallen onto the coils and was blocking airflow. He glued the insulation back in place. Instantly the AC was blowing 12 degrees cooler. Again, Ronald's experience led him directly to the problem and he fixed it within minutes.
