Woke up this morning and my central air was broken. I found this company on Google and gave them a call. Christopher was courteous and was able to fit me into his schedule for the same day with the Houston heat and all. He told me he would be at my house between 11:30am and 12 noon. He was prompt and was able to diagnose the issue in a few minutes.

The cost of the repairs was reasonable and he got me up and running again in an hour or so.

I would recommend these guys anytime.

Yesterday evening I phoned Steele’s and talked to Chris. I had family in from out of town and my ac unit wasn’t cooling. As busy as Chris was, he came by and had my unit cooling in a few minutes. Thank God and Chris! 4 women in a two story house having hot flashes require cold air! This company is knowledgeable, professional, and neighborly. Excellent value for the services performed!

Even though our house is surrounded by trees, the upper level of our tri-level would get a little warm at times. Since we have baseboard heat, we decided to have a split ductless AC system (which can provide heat also) Installed. We are extremely happy with that decision. On hot, muggy days, we seldom use anything but the lowest setting, which keeps our house very comfortable and it is extremely quiet. The Steele family was great to work with and the installation was performed quickly and expertly.

Christopher and his team have been working for me for over ten years and in four different homes. The work is always very good, the prices reasonable and the team tidy and reliable. Best of all, he won't try sell you something you don't need - he'll repair it. He has also been able to make small adjustments to new homes, by adding a vent or intake, allowing the whole system to function much better. Highly recommend them!

Christopher and team came in a day earlier than the scheduled date and quickly worked to replace our old outside unit, duct work, pan, and a copper gas line so things could be running smoothly and up to code. He also flipped the central air/heater upstairs which was installed incorrectly by the previous AC guy. Christopher quoted us an affordable price and we got a cool house in less than two days. It's been over 2 months now and the house has never been cooler and the electricity bill has never been lower! We're very happy we chose Steele's Heating and Air Conditioning.

Last night our thermostat broke and only blasted out hot air. It was 85 degrees upstairs. We called him at 4:30 am and he was here by seven-thirty. That is outstanding! Thank you Christopher.

I would not recommend this contractor. I have three AC units and hired him to replace one, including the outside unit and the evaporator coil. Unfortunately, he installed the evaporator coil on the wrong unit. This was a costly mistake and showed a lack of attention to detail. Based on my experience, I would avoid hiring him.
