I own a home built early this year that is under warranty. We’ve been experiencing issues with our smart thermostats once they’re connected to WiFi. They’ve come out three times to replace the thermostat, but the problems persist. I contacted Lennox and informed them that it’s a known issue with the S30 thermostat, which has been discontinued for about a year. These individuals are installing discontinued items in brand-new homes. Despite my insistence that the thermostat needs to be replaced with a non-discontinued one, they keep insisting on coming out to fix it.

Highly recommend Mr. Kardani at Lone Star Air Solution. I’ve reached out to him several times because he’s professional, efficient, and easy to work with. He recently ensured my system was in top shape and installed a missing fail switch to prevent future issues. If you want someone who is honest and quick to respond, he’s your guy.

Hassan was professional, efficient, and made sure all of the zones were working perfectly before he left. Hassan explained how to use the new system, made recommendations on temperature settings and made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend them for any HVAC upgrades. I can’t recommend lone star air solution enough. Hassan is always so responsive and does an amazing job. He’s worked our ac and water heater replacements and has done amazing on both. Always prompt, polite and efficient. Not to mention he’s the nicest man!

The first HVAC work I had them do, was to have all my duct work replaced, a solar vent fan added and more insolation blowen into my attic. After having this done, my kilowatt usage dropped 40% over the next 3 months compared to the previous year.
