Iván is very professional and personable. He did a wonderful job with the tile that had a grout haze. I highly recommend him and will continue to call him. He also does AC and ducts!

I’m here to say it’s safe to believe all of these five star reviews! I am so impressed with this company! Their kindness, work ethic, punctuality and desire and ability to do a great job are 100 stars! I used them to clean some furniture upholstery and they did an amazing job! Pricing is very fair as well. You don’t need to call around just call Texas Unlimited Cleaning Services.

If I could give 100 stars I would!!! Loved the professionalism, respect nd communication of the two brothers (forgot their name). I needed a mattress cleaned but in the midst of all things, I also needed a small couch cleaned nd they did it on the house! They also do trash disposal, power wash, painting and more! I wish I had cash w me for tips. ☹️ they don't take zelle. But they do take debit/credit card. I recommend 10/10. They will not disappoint. 🙃

Incredible service from this team! We called Texas Unlimited to clean our white upholstered furniture. They did a fantastic job and were so kind, but they truly went above and beyond when I noticed a stain after the treatment (that was out of their control). They immediately came out again, and insisted to come right away even in a terrible storm, and addressed the issue immediately. I can tell this is a family business that really takes pride in providing exceptional service. Thank you to Ivan, Johnny & the team! We will definitely be repeat customers.

Ivan’s service was very professional and impressive. We had 4 area rugs cleaned and I am very pleased with the outcome. Ivan’s cleaning was much more effective than other carpet cleaning services that I have used in the past. I was particularly happy with how big of a difference this cleaning made on my white rug in the picture. I will definitely be calling him when I need anything cleaned in the future.

Today was the second time I’ve hired this company to clean our furniture. Ivan and Shawn did a most excellent job cleaning our couches and area rug. Very knowledgeable about how fabric types and colors will respond to different treatments, and they don’t recommend or dare to up-sell you on something if they know it’s not ideal for your specific pieces. Custom job, thorough, and left our home spotless when they were done. Can’t recommend them enough!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Ivan & his work on my leather sofa & recliner love seat. I looked into a rug doctor to try to save money and do it myself. Since those products are widely used among people.. not everything worked as intended. I called Texas Unlimited Cleaning Services & spoke to Ivan and his father. He was very prompt and knowledgeable as to what was going to be needed with my furniture. He came out in 30 mins for service as I just moved in and was on the verge of junking sofas if not cleaned in due time. They were in bad shape considering my dogs took over the leather couch and to see the outcome was astonishing. Great job, Ivan!!! I will be calling you guys back and recommending you to family and friends!

I highly recommend Ivan for anyone needing dryer vent cleaning or carpet cleaning. He did an incredible job cleaning out dryer vent. He was thorough, efficient, and left everything spotless. He also deep-cleaned our carpet, and the whole house smelled amazing afterward. The best part? His communication was top-notch. Texas Unlimited is an awesome place. They did explain everything that was to be done. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Even though my carpet is old and dirty, they did take all the stains that was very notice. I would recommend to my family and friends. I would also be calling again for future services.

Sergio and his sons did a fantastic job, cleaning our floors, carpet and tile and our air ducts and blower motor on our AC system. Charge me exactly what they quoted. The price was very fair. They were extremely professional and took great care and making sure that they didn’t do any damage in and out of the house, even with all their heavy equipment.
