Easy to get an appointment for a dryer vent cleaning. Nissim was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Safe House for vent cleaning.

Called these guys Sunday morning and to my surprise, they answered! Told me next available window was 2-5pm on Tuesday. At noon someone calls and says they are 15 minutes away to which I tell them I am not home. They call 30 mins later (1.5 hrs before their window) and say they need to come now or else will have to come in the evening after driving to Sugar Land and yada yada yada. I agree to let them come early. Turns out they sent subcontractors?! I was extremely irritated by this and also very put off. I let the 2 guys clean the vents anyway but will not be a returning customer or recommend this company. It is highly deceitful to subcontract workers that dont even affiliate with YOUR company and YOUR brand without even warning customers. If I could go back in time, I would turn them away.

I called this company initially to clean my dryer vent. The person I spoke with on the phone said they had a special right now to have all the HVAC ducts cleaned and dryer vent cleaned out for $249. Details were all HVAC vents for 1 unit, plus 10 foot of dryer vent for $249, then $8 per foot for anything longer than 10 foot on the dryer vent. This sounded like a great deal.

They arrived this morning. Took a look in the attic and came back with a price of $899 to clean the HVAC vents and $199 to clean the dryer vent. Total of $1188.59 after TT&L.

I ended up getting the dryer vent cleaned because that was all I needed to begin with. The dryer was not working well because the vent was clogged. They did a good job with this service, were clean and professional. Put things back together and did a good job (hence the second star).

Then after they left, I saw the kit that they were using to clean my dryer vent. I'm a handy person. I do most of my own work. I just didn't have the tools for this one because my dryer vent goes to the roof. I looked up the kit. IT COST $23!!! They charged me $200 to come out and do something I could have done in 20 minutes for $23! OK - you got me. But never again.

Beware people. Bait and switch is very, VERY much going on with this company.

I was worried about the work not getting done right. But the team showed up on time and did an excellent job. Even cleaning up any mess they made. Id recommend them to anyone

I wish I could give this organization less than 1 star. But Hopefully my review can help someone and save them from getting robbed as I was. We found a bird in the dryer vent. I called the company SAFE house (after seeing 48 reviews and 5 stars) and scheduled a Tech for next day. They sent an independent contractor to our house who charged his own price of 324$ for "Basic" cleaning plus air vent cleaning. He got the bird out and cleaned the dryer vent and assured us everything is good and cleaning. After using dryer for couple of times we had "dead bird" smell coming from the dryer and the clothes. Called the SAFE House company again and eventually contractor calls and says" its not my fault, it could be the dryer itself. I can come to check but if I have to open it again it will be another 300$". I really lost it right there and scheduled another company (Almo Cleaning service) next day who came out and charged me exact same amount for deep Cleaning of dryer duct. Very professional thorough service, used chemical to take the smell out as well. Attaching a picture of what ALMO service found in my dryer flexible pipe. A "dead bird" it is!!! So in short Safe House did a pathetic job and robbed me of 324$ by an independent contractor. Please do not go by their reviews. Wish I could attach proof of the payment of check I issued to Safe House if privacy was not one of my concerns.

Really great customer service. They had good communication, was very knowledgeable and kind. And the technician did not leave a big mess. Highly recommend.

The technician sent was experienced and super-friendly, and at the same time was serious-minded about doing quality work! We appreciated the explanations of all that he was doing and of the options available to us. We got the technician's name and will ask for him again next time!!!

Safe House came out and cleaned my dryer vents for me. They were prompt in answering my questions and setting the appointment to come out. They completed the work with professionalism. The technician gave us advise on how to maintain the dry vent. I have there number programmed into my phone.

This is a great reliable professional company. I would highly recommend. Everything came out super clean. The staff was professional and courteous. Everything was done even faster than expected. They came on time and didnt drag out my whole day. I would definitely reccomend them!

I had an exceptional experience with Safe House Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning! The team was punctual, professional, and very thorough in their work. They explained everything they were doing and even showed me before and after pictures of the ducts. I moved into my unit a few years ago and it was clear that it needed some significant TLC. Mr Cohen was very professional and did a great job ensuring my dryer vent was clean (I don’t think it had been since the complex was built!) He was also very upfront about maintenance costs and gave a quote for cleaning my HVAC as well. Will definitely be contacting him in the future!

I was visited by three workers yesterday to give me an estimate on the long-overdue work needed on my house's duct system. I found them to be very helpful in explaining the various parts of the duct system, and what needs to be done to thoroughly clean them. Thank you for your attention to detail.

I called them once and made the mistake of giving my contact information before hearing about their pricing and services. Not what I wanted, so no thanks. Should have been the end of the story, but since then they've been spamming me relentlessly. It's been over a month. I've blocked their number but they still shows up on my call list: they're STILLSPAMMING ME A MONTH LATER. Avoid like the plague.
