My AC system had a Freon leak and I didn’t know where it was leaking. I was continually having to add Freon to the system. Reliable AC was very responsive in coming out to diagnose the problem and found the leak was in the evaporator coil. They ordered the part and replaced it with no issues. The system is working fine now and cooling the house.
I am very satisfied.

Recently had problems with the heater on my second unit. Maria, from Reliable AC, diagnosed the issues and was able to order replacement parts to fix the problem through several visits. She saved us a considerable amount of money by replacing parts versus a simple purchase of a new furnace. She has excellent customer service skills as she explains the entire process to her customers.

I have been using this company for well over a decade for all my a/c needs. They are prompt, courteous, efficient, and reliable. They are completely transparent - they come down from the attic with photos to explain in detail what needs to be done and vibe me all my options. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Reliable fixed my A/C for a fraction of the cost the other companies you see on TV every morning. They said my unit needed replaced and Reliable was able to keep my unit going. I had Reliable quote a new one and their pricing was much better. Call Diego when you need a repair or new unit, he will shoot you straight!

I told them what was happening. They brought what they needed to fix the most common issue. They did the fix and everything worked. Within 20 minutes I had my A/C running.

You can't really put a price on getting your A/C fixed in Houston. Especially getting it fixed within 24 hours.

That said the price was super reasonable!
