Had a great experience with Andres with fixing my AC. He was very nice and honest. Michelle was also very nice and accommodating and worked hard to ensure my AC would be up and running as fast as possible. Will definitely use again!

Good service from sears reasonable prices will call again for repairs

Our Sear AC (HVAC) is under warranty, asked the tech to check the drain float. He didn't, because the AC stopped working 30 minutes after he left. Called customer service, and the did an emergency call out and no one showed up. The next appointment was today and they canceled, and rescheduled for 7/24/2025. That will be 19 days with no AC that is under Sears warranty. They canceled another appointment. No AC for 6 weeks, it's great to have a sears warranty.

Customer service is excellent. They are helpful and ensure that you understand what's going on with the unit. The technicians who service it also know their jobs very well and I have had no problems with them.

His explanations of the actions needed to repair my HVAC were very professional. He also showed a lot of courtesy. Highly recommended!

Al Pope has been a wonderful service to me. He did a great job diagnosing the problems with my 15-year old A/C. After thoroughly checking both outside and attic units, he quickly found the latest issue--ontop of several patches applied over the past 3 years by an earlier HVAC company. Al's knowledge and attention gave me peace of heart, especially since summer was just around corner. His dedication to the job was clear right from the start. He also made sure I understood what the next step would be while we await the warranty provider's decision on whether or not they will provide the required part, or if a replacement is needed. Al was a great help. I appreciate his assistance and hope to work with Al and this company in the future as we continue the project. Highly recommend this firm! The service was excellent. They delivered on their promise and I would recommend that anyone using this company be patient.
