Terrible service. Been without ac for going on three weeks now waiting on this company to submit a report to my home warranty to approve repairs. No one answers the phone and when they do they say they will call you back and never do.
If you want repairs in a timely manner call someone else!

The fan motor went out of our unit. Our AC company told us we would have to wait 3 days in 100 degree temps because their part store was closed. I found this place on line and the gentleman walked me through what I needed even as far as letting me text him. Got the part and we had AC same day!! I manage commercial property and they will now be my new supplier. Thank you!

Tim and the Air-Ton team have been very responsive and professional during the implementation of our new A/C unit. They came out after our hurricane Beryl damage to make sure everything was working as expected, which we appreciated very much!

We have used Air-Ton for over 10 years and have always been completely satisfied with their work and products. We utilize two AC units to keep our home at a constant comfortable temperature.
During our annual AC checkup, the oldest and biggest unit was discovered to have a leak. Air-Ton discussed our options: refill the coolant, which would be very expensive and would continue to leak, or replace with a new more efficient unit.
We had already decided that when that AC unit needed replacing, we would go through the additional expense of having the entire HVAC unit replaced (AC & Furnace) and moved to the attic. The old unit was located in a hallway within a small closet. Tim provided us quotes for a couple of units he recommends and knew would meet our needs.
The team showed up promptly as scheduled and worked through the day to complete the job in one day. Tim took the time to review the new system and explain how the internet connected with the smart thermostat.
I know I can always trust this company and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Technician was polite , thorough, informative, respectful. Pointed out future system needs but did not try to oversell his service. Used this company for many years, trust them completely.

First off the consultation was incredibly detailed and informative to the point where I think I can open an AC business. my different options were explained and all additional work was explained as well. We were talking AC for about an hour. Air-ton then installed a new unit in my house yesterday. They made sure to put down covers to keep the floor clean, did their thing without any unforeseen issues or missing parts or anything like that, which again highlights how important that consultation was. They left and the house looked like it did before they showed up. They cleaned up everything and now I got a pretty sweet AC system. Plus someone is coming back tomorrow to check all the work done and explain some of the functions of the new thermostat.

Tim did a thorough assessment of our system and was very honest and upfront about our current setup and what was causing all the issues we were experiencing from a leak from our current system in addition to our desire to replacing our 2nd A/C unit. Tim provided us the best options for our budget and worked us into his schedule in a very short time. Since his visit with his exceptional team of installers we’ve been enjoying cool days and nights. The ac tech came out and cleaned our ac line, he was fast, efficient and the price was reasonable. I will use them again. My only request would be for the tech to wear a mask when he enters residences during a pandemic. He didn’t have a mask on, which isn’t too big of a deal but it is something I think they should require of their employees when they go into peoples homes to do work. Overall though, I am pleased with the work done and will likely hire them again.

My recent experience with Airton was very positive. Both techs came right on time, were very through, checked things I hadn't thought of and worked assiduously to be sure everything was done carefully and correctly. Been a customer for over 40 years.

Family business and it shows. More knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy than anyone I have ever worked with. Tim went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have a single hot night when our AC went down. Put in the new equipment the next day and the work was world class. Would not even consider going with anyone else for any HVAC issues or to upgrade equipment. Customer for life.

This is a great family business that is professional and responsive. I contacted them yesterday evening and was able to get service done the next day. The owner is very knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of the HVAC issue, provided an itemized list to resolve and fixed the problem as well. I highly recommend this company.

They called me to do a standard maintenance check on my system. They were on time. There were 2 service guy that came out. These gentlemen were very helpful answering questions and clean my unit. I feel they went beyond their jobs to satisfy me. I will be having them back out twice a year to service my a/c and heater. I will be recommending them to my friends.
