Be wary when hiring this company for A/C service.

I called them on August 7, 2015, at 6:10 AM because my air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. This is my only interaction with the company - I've seen their vans outside our workplace a few times.

When I spoke to the answering service, I asked if they primarily worked on commercial or residential jobs. They told me they did both, and took down my contact information. A technician called back at 6:23 AM, promising someone would arrive soon.

However, when I tried to reach out to him again at 2 PM, he apologized and claimed someone would call the office immediately. But when I contacted them directly, I was told they only worked on commercial jobs. It's about to get extremely hot over the weekend, making this a particularly poor time for their ineptitude.

I appreciate their willingness to acknowledge my frustration, but it's clear they're not equipped to handle residential A/C service.

Exceptional experience, really appreciated the great assistance.
