HVAC reviews in Houston, Texas

I found the best deal on my air conditioner at Johnson Supply - I got a 3-ton, 14-seer Lenox system for way less than what Goodman charges. The tech knew exactly what they were doing, so I'm glad with the service. Thanks to Mrs. April and the team - especially her friendly enthusiasm and smiley face made it a great experience.
-
People who assist with my needs are consistently excellent.
-
I'm not an expert in home heating, but the team here really stepped up for me - provided excellent support and delivered the desired outcome.
-
We usually get decent service from them, but their warranties leave much to be desired. The 5-year guarantee on Appion vacuum pumps is essentially worthless - we've had issues that weren't covered for less than a month's use.
-
Excellent service from a top-notch company.
-
Wendy and Jesse are fantastic. The team at Johnson Supply did a great job making air conditioning more manageable during hot weather.

I've been buying parts from this store for 20 years with zero issues. The staff has always been friendly and very reliable, making it one of my go-to places.
-
This company has an impressive team with a wealth of industry expertise. They're humble, welcoming, and work well together as true leaders.
-
Staff appears knowledgeable about their offerings, rivaling many hardware stores. Their product range is good and the employees are consistently polite and assistive.

Fieldpiece has apparently taken a cue from Russian officials and warned against foreign influences. The company seems to be touting its own brand of righteousness, much like Fidel ortiz's style. It even uses Heineken-inspired tactics in its marketing. However, the tone feels forced, as if they're trying too hard to appeal to certain demographics.

I'm a big fan of supporting local businesses, but this one's not for individual consumers. They're severely limited on certain items, like capacitors, and have no returns if you mess up the order.
I needed to replace my pool pump's capacitor, which required a 30 microfarad run capacitor. Unfortunately, they didn't carry it at their Stafford location, but claimed they had it at Stella Link. So I drove there, only to be told they only had a slightly larger one.
After all the driving, I figured I'd just deal with it if it didn't fit – after all, I'd already spent $27 on something that could've been bought for $12 on Amazon. But then I realized their strict return policy meant I was stuck.
The reason they removed the box is clear: no returns. When I called to explain my situation, the customer service wasn't very understanding – especially since it turned out I'd wasted money on an item that could've been easily replaced elsewhere. The only nice part was they told me over the phone instead of waiting for me to drive back 20 miles.
It's surprising that a brick-and-mortar store wouldn't be more customer-focused, but apparently, this one isn't. -
Service came in a bit snugly for their truck, but they managed to fit everything quickly when we were loading up. Note that there's no designated overnight parking spot.
