This is the WORST company to possibly go through. Do NOT use. I paid $16,000 for an installation or duct work that now has water dripping through my lights and even though under WARRANTY and paying $400 for a “maintenance” fee yearly. They won’t come out unless I pay AGAIN to have them come out.

Customer service overall 8 out 10
Sales person - very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest
Financing company - Amazing!!!!
Contractors to do the install - Very Poor Very Poor very poor…, it was a disaster. It did eventually get fixed. The first contractors almost blew up my house literally left the gas running filled my house while I was at an event came home to a house full of gas smell had I been a smoker I would be dead with my four kids and my husband be very very careful. They did end up fixing everything but nothing could’ve fixed. Had something happened and because something could’ve happened is why I give them a one star I take that back. I actually had to get a master plumber to stop the gas leak and fix it and then afterwards I was reimbursed a guy name. Gustavo is OK and his customer service managerial skills but not the best and the whole work in the attic was a mess literally a Band-Aid mess please double check. Do your research be on top of the contractors? You have to check double check triple check, and that is time-consuming.
