The sales person they sent was knowledgeable but it felt as if they want you to name a price or get approved for so much so they know what they can price you as such. Out of the companies we solicited bids from, this was the only one that kept asking what our budget was. Needless to say, no sale occurred.

I want to commend the Chill Brothers AC/Heating Service Technicians Franco and Jesse. They performed a Spring Service inspection to our two AC units (upstairs and downstairs). First they were on time, even arriving a few minutes early! They completed the diagnostic analysis of both systems in a little over an hour. They informed us we had incorrect filters in the systems and gave us the correct type and size to order. They cleaned the coils, did a drain clean on each overflow pan drain pipe.

Great experience from start to finish. They came into my home, and explained all information in full detail. Salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. Other companies were very pushy, but not chill bros. We agreed on the the work to be done (full hvac replacement) and they set me up with all appointments (pre, install and post inspection). They always email and text prior to coming in addition to calling. All staff communicated well upon arrival of what they would be doing. They always cleaned up after and explained all work done. Highly recommended!
