I was shocked when I wasn't offered a free estimate. To make matters worse, their initial diagnosis was completely off the mark. They told me the issue wasn't covered under warranty, despite having a 10-year contract that included 2 pounds of refrigerant already installed. If they had done a proper inspection, they would have seen the leak and fixed it.

As a result, I ended up putting in an additional 13 pounds to fix the problem, which blew my original amount over by $2500 - all outside of warranty. Labor charges are also exorbitant. Save your money and avoid this place.
