Star Building sevices has a great worker Carlos Muñoz who work is always being here for our businesses at Burlington Katy. Very professional and quality cleaning services. We got flooded recently and Carlos came fast to help us, he took care of everything. In a matter of an hour everthing was as if the flooding never happened. Very thankful to him and his work ethic.

Bonnie is a very helpful person, she is constantly checking with our club to see if she can help with the clubs needs in keeping track of the cleaning crew. If a task was not done by the cleaning crew when informing her she makes sure to help us out and making sure that they return to complete the task. I would highly recommend her!!!

I am using Star for janitorial services at a large child care center. They did a deep clean before beginning a 3 day janitorial service. They also did a stripe and wax for the tile flooring.

There were some hiccups as we got started and I would encourage to discuss expectations a few times over with the owner, management and cleaning crew, but overall I would recommend this company to use and have rated them as 5 stars due to my satisfaction with the cleanliness of my center

SBS has always done an amazing job but I credit it all to the efforts put forth by Ms. Bonnie. Weekly she calls to make sure we are happy with the service they provide and I can't recall a time when we weren't!
