Very knowledgeable and professional. I showed a picture and she knew exactly what it was and answered all of my questions fully so that I could understand. Excellent experience, as it is every time I go there!

Another disappointing experience. None of the three workers knew any of the products. One took me to a completely different plant. The other insisted they were out of stock despite having 3 full rows, but still couldn't tell me what kind of hydrangea it was ( I wanted specifically endless summer). And the rest of the plants they couldn't tell me. Plants like lavender and ajuga.
None could guide this other woman to figure out which plants were annual and which perennial, basic term that was foreign to them. I dont even blame them, I blame the manager Miguel for refusing to come assist (not that he knew anything anyway) and for not reaching the basics to his employees or leaving a plant map/cheat sheet.
