When I first contacted Houston Landscape Pros they got back to me within the day for scheduling a time to come to our home to review the work I wanted done. They provided several suggestions for changing the landscaping in a few areas and provided samples of different landscape lights for us to try. We recycled a couple times before arriving at the final plan. As I asked questions and made changes, they were patient and accommodating. The installation crew came as scheduled and was couteous and diligent. We are very pleased with the result. A couple plants are not doing well and they are promptly rectifying the issue. With the great weather we have been having, we are sitting outside on our patio more and really enjoying the updated landscaping and addded lighting. We highly recommend them and have hired them to do our routine monthly maintenance.

William and his team did an excellent job with our landscaping! They put a drainage system in our backyard as every time it rained, our yard would get very muddy for days, so much so that our grass died. He also installed gravel and pavers to make it look so much nicer. Overall, William was very easy to work with and willing to make accommodations according to my schedule. 10/10 would recommend

I had gotten a few quotes from other places but none of them compared to William and his crew. I was so impressed. William was right on time to to all of our appointments. He was extremely professional and very thorough. He sent me an estimate for a new sprinkler system and landscaping the next day and I am so happy we went with him. We had a follow-up needed due to some weather complications that impacted the work, and they were professional about standing behind their work and handling things at no extra cost. This was appreciated in combination with what I felt was a fair cost to begin with for quality work. I would definitely hire them again!

This team is the best landscaping company we’ve ever worked with. They were extremely helpful with design suggestions and options. Our project included redoing all large beds with over 100 plants, removing dead plants and trees, installation of sod and artificial turf. Once signed, the team that performed the work were extremely professional and proficient. Any issue or challenge that came up was handled by the team and often went above and beyond expectations to make things work. The end result is a front and back yard we have always wanted with little stress involved.

He came out and met with us prior to the project starting and explained everything. They arrived promptly and completed the job in two days. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. In talking to Roman, I felt like I was dealing with someone who truly cared about our property and wanted to do the best possible job. Like family. A few years ago Houston Landscape Pros installed an irrigation system to remedy the accumulated water in our outdoor patio. The results were immediate - no flooding. A few days ago I contacted them just to be sure I was doing my part to ensure the draining was optimal. I had no problems communicating with them after all these years. That is a bit unusual when we consider the many companies that are here today but gone tomorrow. My only regret is waiting too long to have the irrigation system installed.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Houston Landscape Pros. They recently completed a landscape upgrade on our new home including lighting, rock borders around our existing beds, new beds and new plantings, and alterations to our irrigation system. We were surprised and delighted when they showed up when they said they would and stayed until the project was finished. The crew were polite and hardworking.
