I was very pleased with Ed at Southwest Irrigation. He and his team ran into a problem rerouting my sprinkler pipes, however he completely explained the problem and what his solution was. He and his team timely completed the project with the recommended solution at the same quote that was originally given. DaTavian (Dwayne) Shelvin was really great. Very professional and knew what to do. I was recommended to this company by Garden guy and his services did not disappoint. He also fixed a leak that I was unaware of and taught me how to use my sprinkler remote, upgraded my sprinklers, and ensured that all zones were covered. I found Dr. Sprinkler just by looking up sprinkler repair in map search. Charles came to our rental property and repaired several sprinkler heads, some were damaged by lawn people. We invited him to do sprinkler head repairs at another property right away. We were impressed by his extensive knowledge of everything that concerns yard irrigation, zones, water pressure, etc. His pricing was lower and his turnaround was faster than other companies in the area that advertise irrigation system repair services.

Came out initially to determine the problem. They said they’d come back out in a couple hours to fix it. Never showed. Called back and left numerous messages.

Had a electrical n leaking mess. They took charge, fixed it all and to back up running in one day. Great folks to work with and very fairly priced.

I recommend them very highly. Top rate service for my issues, very friendly, quick service (1 day) and fair price. I appreciated that they took the time to discuss how the system was working with me.

Called about scheduling an appointment for a quote and got the voice mail. They returned a call the following week stating they’d been out of town. I called back and asked to schedule, and we agreed to a Friday afternoon at 4pm. Friday afternoon at 4pm rolled around and they were a “no call/no show”. I guess they don’t want my business and I’ll be looking at another sprinkler company.

Poor customer service. I used their service and paid them $399 for the work after 15 days , I have noticed that one of my station is not working again. I called them so many times and leave messages, my husband did the same but they never returned our call back nor reply to my text message. i believe they don't want to take care of our work as it was under warranty and they have to fix it for free. I never recommend them to anyone.

My inlaws made an appointment for a trenching service due to some drainage issues. Dr. Sprinkler made a point to ensure "someone" would be at the house between 9 & 10 am to pay themfor their services. By 11:30 they still had not arrived and calls to their cell went straight to voicemail. They did finally roll up around 11:45 with the explanation of "we're running late" . I understand things come up, however the professional action would be to update those involved especially if they're delaying plans for the day based on your time schedule. Very unimpressed with this service.

Tim came out today, this is the second time we've used Dr. Sprinkler / Tim within a year. Always able to come out within just a couple days (vs. some companies estimate a week or longer). Friendly & knowledgeable with sprinkler repairs. Very reasonably priced to! Will continue to use Dr. Sprinkler for future repairs.

Tim has worked on our sprinkler since we purchased our home three years ago. He is dependable and does quality work at a reasonable price. We had contacted several other sprinkler companies but most of them would not even come out to look at the damage. Tim came out within a couple of days of calling him.

I couldn't be happier. Tim knows his stuff! I called to schedule last week and he showed up as scheduled today. My wife showed him where our sprinkler controller was and mentioned some heads were messed up and that i poked a pipe in the yard with our Christmas decor. I was here 20 minutes later and i was going to show him where i poked the pipe... i was amazed he already had it fixed!! I was very pleased with Tim. He showed me several issues that we had that i never realized and he fixed them all. I was really expecting the repairs to cost more than they did. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Tim.

What a beautiful plant nursery store! They have lots of flowers, plants, and antiques to choose from and the staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. New Roots also has landscaping services, so it’s a one stop shop. Will be coming back soon!

New Roots listened to our needs and wants. They designed beautiful front and back yards that compliment our style. The company was attentive and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Folks here are absolutely lovely, lots of choices! My coneflowers and zinnias are doing great! Cute little shop inside as well. Great prices! The butterflies and bees give it 10 stars, they’re everywhere! 💛
