They dumped 10 extra large black contractor bags of clippings in our local creek/bayou. After admitting to it, they went back and cut open the bags and took the plastic, but left the piles of clippings that will cause drainage issues in our neighborhood that is already prone to flooding. The grass cut, trimming, and blowing was high school adequate.

Working with Philip has been great. He has arrived on time and is always reachable. Would recommend using his landscaping services.

If I could give a 0 star review I could because I was not pleased with Mercado's services. While he was using his weed whacker it flung one of the small pebbles and damaged my 6x6 window! He tried to cover it up but my roommates and I witnessed the whole thing! On top of that he did not do a good job after the incident! The worst part is that he refuses to pay for the damages that he is responsible for. We called him countless times but kept saying "he is busy" I never been this disappointed and furious about a business.

Side note: he would promise a a firm quote and once he arrived he would almost DOUBLE our charge! I would be fine with $20-30 more but double is unacceptable!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced, extremely rude. I called to get a quote and was abruptly told NO and he immediately hung up the phone in my face. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but was stunned that happened. Call lasted 10 secs. Believe that was the universe saving me from a future headache.

The May storm in Houston caused some major damage to my property and landscaping. Trying to find someone to service my property was trying until I reached out to Mercado. Great communication, timely work, and competitive pricing.

I cant even get ahold of the HR department to get my w-2 from them after months of trying to call I finally get the right number for HR and I keep calling and they answer and hang up

Daniel Glover careful examined our lawn and the different types of weeds. He then applied the fertilizer and appropriate herbicide. Hopefully this will eventually result in a green, lush, weed free lawn.
