Niki has been consistently reliable, always arriving as promised and maintaining excellent communication, something I truly appreciate. I’ve used his services for my personal property and for one of my client’s rental properties, and he delivers exceptional results every time. He even goes the extra mile by raking up and bagging leaves after a mow, which I genuinely value. Courteous, kind, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!

For the past couple of years, they did a good job mowing and showing up on time, but the last couple of months he didn't always show up when they said they would.

We had a deal where they would come out every two weeks to mow the yard and I would mow on the weeks they weren't scheduled.

Early in July, I had one weekend where I was out of town and was unable to mow. When he came out the following weekend, he complained the grass was too high and wanted to charge me almost double. I told him not to worry about it, and I would mow it when I got back into town.

Three weekends ago, I asked him to mow the yard because I had a party I was hosting and wasn't going to be able to mow, and he didn't show up. Claimed on Sunday he had an emergency.

The following weekend, I mowed the yard since the grass was double the height like previously and messaged him to let him know not to come out and I'd handle it.

I sent him another message asking him if he could mow the yard this past weekend. He said he couldn't make it until Monday. I said fine, no problem.

Now he calls me on Monday to tell me my grass was too high and he wanted to charge me double. He tried to blame it on the rain this past week, but I was able to mow the yard on Sunday, and we didn't receive much in the way of rain.

It doesn't make me happy when someone A, doesn't show up when they say they will and B, then plays games trying to charge you extra.

Be aware if you choose this as your lawn maintenance company.

I started using Nikki's Landscaping
Services two months ago (June) and the service started out good but it didn't end that way.

On 8/18/25 I had my lawn service and when I say the customer service was awful is an understatement. I texted the owner yesterday morning saying I left my gate to the back yard slightly open and not latched due to the top of the gate getting a little stuck when trying to completely close it.
Note: Our fence guy had already been contacted and is coming this week to look at it. I simply ask for his crew not to completely close/latch the gate back once they were finished as I didn't want them trying to force it to close possibly avoiding any further damage. He responded back and said ok.
Now when I arrived home the first thing I noticed the grass was cut lower than what we told him. Then I went to check the gate and of course it was completely closed and latched so that request I made was totally ignored.
I sent him payment for the service and texted him about the grass being cut too low. In the text I stated, l've asked several of times to make sure cut grass on the high inch. I also stated that my grass is the same height as my neighbors as he cuts his very low. Now ten minutes pass and then he calls me but I missed the call so l called him back and that's when all Hell Broke loose. Smh!
He started saying I have never told him that I wanted the grass cut high. Then he started talking about the gate saying I need to call my fence guy etc. (which already had been taking care of, I didn't need that advise but he ignored following the instructions not to close it) He just kept talking and his tone and attitude was so rude to the point I did hang up on him after ten minutes!!! I let him talk but every time I tried to I could only get about 5 or 6 words out then he would totally cut me off. I had to say to him sir you're coming at me in an argumentative manner and I'm not going to argue with you. He was too emotional to just listen. Then he started saying he has a different mower and the blade only goes 2 inches high and I said ok how are we suppose to know if you didn't tell us?? I told him sir when you did our first initial cut my husband and I were home, we explained we want the blade 3 or 3.5 inches high they ask us to show on the equipment he had at that time and it was cut on the high setting. However, now he saying he has different equipment and can't cut it high. He wants to cut every yard
the same height. I said you should've been honest and informed us about no longer being able to cut it high and we could have made decision if we wanted to continue our services or not.
I called my husband to informed him how the owner was speaking to me and he called him immediately. He told him he was completely out of line, that's unacceptable and unprofessional, and no longer will we use him for lawn services. My husband said he had to tell him to calm down and listen because he wasn't going to over talk him. It's shameful because as an adult and business owner you should be able to communicate without letting your emotions take over in order to reach a solution.

This team showed up on time and worked so hard to make my property look incredible. They are friendly and detail oriented. I HIGHLY recommend Niki’s Landscaping!

My lawn was taken cared so well by Niki’s Landscaping !!! I was very happy .. they took their time and made sure at the end that it was exactly how I wanted it.

Enrique and chino did such an amazing job cleaning up my over grown lawn. My weeds were up to my neck and out of control, and they were able to make my lawn beautiful again in an hour. They got rid of all the weeds, mowed my lawn, and put down weed control. I can’t explain how happy their service made me! Now I can enjoy being outside in my yard again. 10/10!

The team was absolutely amazing, it was an entires day job and it was extremely well priced, and they did amazing! My back yard feels brand new, they really went above and beyond, they ripped out trees, weeds and mulched everything & I absolutely will be using them again!

I found this company online. I am new to the area, and the previous companies I called would show up late or on a different day than they were scheduled! The other companies also left grass in my pool- which I told them to be careful of. Smh. Niki's landscaping answered me quickly and came out the same day to give a quote. He was on time, explained everything that needed to be done, and listened to what I wanted. We scheduled a few days later, and again, he and his team showed up on time, and did an amazing job! I wish I had taken before pictures because it is such a transformation! So clean and professional! And my pool is sparkling, not one piece of grass 😊 For professional, high quality service- I Highly recommend.
