WORST "LAWN CARE" SERVICE "professionals" you could possibly have. Read the other reviews, hire at your own risk. They hire half wits who seem not to understand how or what they are doing. They must just hand them equip and say "get after it" 🤷🏾‍♂️ Damaged a 100k vehicle and went it Circles about it instead of taking responsibility for it outright. They will try to play like a fool if you complain. If you hire them after reading this, it's on you.

Texscape is great to work with. I really enjoy working with Tiara. Every detail is handled professionally and timely. Additionally, her personality can really brighten the day. The work they do is always top-notch. 5 stars!

I was at the hospital this morning and their workers damaged my vehicle as they were laying mulch this morning. They scratched my car and I have witnesses and pictures to prove it. They were very rude when I approached them about it so I reached out to the company about the incident and was told that "an incident report would be made and a representative would get back to me". I hope you guys do the right thing AND take better care when working around other peoples property. How would you feel if you came out from a doctor's appointment and there was a big scratch on your car... Just not right. Sheer negligence.

Texscape Services has been exceptional in maintaining communities in the Houston region. We first noticed them about 4-5 years ago. That Texas logo is plastered on a lot of trucks around the city, but theirs really stood out with the bold TEX included within their name. As a non-native Houstonian, I've always been impressed by Texas PRIDE, and Texscape embodies it perfectly.

Their team is professional, responsive, and dedicated to quality. They maintain several communities where we have stayed through Airbnb, and the landscapes are always beautifully maintained and pristine. I highly recommend Texscape Services for top-notch commercial landscaping!

Wow, I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their regional manager came out during a busy time to adjust irrigation controls for us. In addition, we have the best supervisor who we can call at any time for any issue. Their company is always responsive. The extra landscape project that they do our very good quality.

Horrible job. My community currently uses them. They do an ok job around the common areas in the front where people can see from the street. As far as the homes and in between the homes, they will tear your skirting up with that weed eater and won’t say a single word. We pay monthly with our lot rent and I recently opted out. The contract says they are suppose to come weekly depending on the weather. They haven’t came in a little over three weeks after payment. I demanded a refund from our office and simply opted out. The equipment they use looks to be top notch, you just have to know how to use it. It seems as though they just drive that mower through the yard quickly with patches left over. Then the office still send you a red notice to cut the grass.il assuming they don’t like it either lol. No hard feelings, just sharing my experience.

Their workers damaged 2 of my very brand new expensive cars sitting in my apartment complex. My car had not moved for over a week due to me working from home. They denied all liability of course providing 4 different excuses as to why their imcompetent workers did not damage my cars. I work from home and was home when this occured but was in a meeting and could not step away. To make matters worst, after damaging my cars, their workers blew debris on my cars. What an insult to injury. I went to the office the next morning to notify them of the damage. I would not in anyway recommend this company! I will be filing with the BBB as well.

Texscape is by far the best Landscaping Company. Leo has taken over our property and he does a tremendous job making sure everything is taken care. We appreciate his updates regarding the community.

Her availability and quick replies have been invaluable when obtaining bids for sites. She consistently demonstrates thoroughness when addressing my concerns. Over the past 6 years, I've had the opportunity to work with Texscape in three different markets, and I can confidently say that customer service is important to everyone.

If I could rate them negatively if I could. Our HOA contracted this company and they are TERRIBLE. Payments should be withheld for breech of contract🤬

If I could leave no stars I would!!!!.....so let me state this as one of the comments I read states this company is not texscape services any longer which is true. My vehicle was damaged almost 3 weeks ago. The company was cutting grass and sucked up a rock or something and the mower spit full force chipping the glass which spread in seconds to a full crack. I even came to contact with the guy on the riding mower that caused the damage he was very apologetic and gave his supervisor information...but from there after that day I had the run arounds trying get this boss number that boss number which is sad they don't answer the calls at the main office, they don't call back after we left multiple voicemails they don't respond to emails it's like cat and mouse with this unprofessional company I seriously hope the company that bought this place out can do a whole 360 with this place and hopefully my vehicle gets fixed

They don't even know the difference between mature Lantana and weeds. I'm FURIOUS. This plant had been there for years. I'm trying to save the roots now. Would NEVER recommend them.

This isn’t the name of the company - it’s Monarch Landscape- they are a horrible company the Hoa of our neighborhood hired them and they removed a tree in my circle I had been watering for months! Due to the broken sprinklers in the neighborhood. They don’t care about trees, all they care is about making money! The guys who were cutting this tree down even said yeah it’s alive!!!! And now there’s a disgusting empty circle with pipes all exposed minus the beautiful tree they removed!!! Horrible company!!!
