Product was fine. Issue was that ordered on the 31st of May and didn't receive until June 16. I get shipping delays. But that was not the problem. Called them and was told it was backordered. I assume since the day I ordered item. So after waiting over a week with nothing shipped I canceled and ordered elsewhere. But they sent it anyways. Now I have two bottles that I will use, but it would nice if they actually told you that products are backordered. And not act like they have product in stock and will be ready to ship asap.
I will say, first negative experience with this vendor.

Placed my order 15 days ago. A tracking # was generated pretty quick. On day 16, I called to see what the hold up was. Was told my order was back-ordered. No email, nothing. I asked to cancel my order and when I could expect my refund. Was told it will be canceled once warehouse received it. Well..... 3 days later it was sitting on my porch! Stay on this company or you will be forgotten. They evidently did not want to lose $150!

I ordered a bottle of Patch Pro (a fungicide) online from this company and unfortunately the lid of the chemical bottle was not secure and leaked all over the inside of the package. I felt bad for the postal carriers that had to touch this box. I contacted the company via email the day the package arrived and they did send a response the next day offering me a $15 dollar refund; however, they did not indicate or offer up any assurances that they would work on properly securing their products for future shipments. The product was $45 and half of the bottle was empty upon arrival, so despite the small refund, I can't say that my order is whole. It would be foolish to order product from any company that can only fulfill half of what you order, so I can't say that I will order from Solutions Pest & Lawn again.

The worst. Family owned and they don’t do refunds on unused merchandise. I ordered a flow zone backpack sprayer and they sent me their solutions backpack sprayer and wouldn’t refund nor exchange. Missing pieces and battery adapter didn’t work. Tank was wet on inside when I received it. Won’t order from here ever again

This is the second time I ordered ant baits, they never said they don’t have it in stock, I had to call few days after no tracking was sent, oh the item it not available we will refund your money. This time after I ordered from another business, they just dropped the item at the front door, now I have to pay for both one to this company and the other one.
I will take my business to other guys.
In the past they were reliable, don’t know what happened to them.

I purchased a $80.00 chemical for pest control and when it arrived the box was soiled due to the product leaking. I called customer service to report this and was told to take pictures and respond to an email with proof, and I did. An employee by the name of Lance responded to me offering me a $15.00 refund for a product that I paid $80.00 for, which was unacceptable. I declined the refund and requested a replacement product and a return label to ship this mess that was sent to me back but have since received no response. I called customer service again and received no updates or solutions! BEWARE

I am following up with you regarding the review that I left. I asked Lance exactly for what you offered, a return label to ship this back for a replacement and have since heard nothing back. I didn't purchase an open item and I wanted a new item as I paid for. As you will see with both orders, I purchased 2 of the transports and one came opened.

I have called several times and messages have been left for Lance and or management to get back to me and I have still heard nothing from them.

This is totally unacceptable in everyway and a major inconvenience for me but I will continue to make it known how I was treated by this company when all that I did was simply made a purchase to support your company!

Please let me know how you wish to proceed

Left is what they sent,right is what I needed, what went from 3 days was 3 weeks. I was very patient with them and then they have the balls to tell me send me the wrong one first and we’ll send you the right one.nope I’ll send it back and get my money back.didn’t even try to make it better.real quick to take your money but to fix it no chance.stay away

Avoid this company! I ordered a very expensive copper riser misting kit from them for a landscaping project. When the order arrived, it was missing the copper risers. I contacted the company the same day, sent them the requested photos of what came in the box, and it took them 10 days to finally issue replacement risers and then 10 more days to receive the risers, and they arrived just as in the photos attached, in a horribly ill-fitting box with the actual risers sticking out! I'm actually shocked they didn't fall out in transit. What kind of company operates this way? Avoid at all costs.

Replying to company's response: Please. The box was not torn, the risers did not fit in the box, they were too long. Box measured 13x19x20" and the risers were 30" long. This was how it was shipped. Do better.
