when my old gas water heater started leaking all over my furnace room, i needed a plumber fast. i sent out a request early in the morning, and by 7:00, jay gave me a call asking if he could stop by to take a look. he showed up right on time, checked everything, and we talked through my options for a new water heater. we picked out the right one for my home in houston, and jay came back early the next morning with pedro to handle the installation. within just a couple of hours, i had hot water running again. the service was super quick, professional, and friendly. i liked how they used up-to-date tools and really knew what they were doing. very satisfied with how everything was handled from start to finish.

I have used this plumbing company many times for both my home and work needs. As a Realtor, they have helped my clients with all types of plumbing issues. Their prices are fair and they are always professional. They are my go-to plumbers. They have even repiped my whole house, installed an on-demand water heater, and connected every plumbing fixture in my home. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Fred's Finest Plumbing called us back quickly, even though we reached out after regular hours. They managed to send someone over within a day to fix our leaking toilet. Jay was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain what was wrong and going over repair or replacement choices with me. He also checked our other toilets and answered another plumbing question I had. Our toilet was repaired just a few hours after they looked at the problem. I really appreciate how professional they were, with great communication and thoughtful touches like wearing shoe covers inside the house.
