i honestly can't say enough good things about Hayden & Sons Plumbers. they handled two jobs for me—one was pretty small and the other was a really big plumbing project. everyone on the team went above and beyond to make sure i understood the estimates and explained any possible issues that could come up. they talked through the pros and cons of my ideas, walked me through the products, and kept me updated on the timeline. the crew arrived when they said they would, and if there was ever a delay because of an emergency, they called to let me know. they even took care of a few extra things that weren't in the original plan, which made a big difference and i really appreciated it. they worked smoothly with my contractor, so i didn't have to worry about anything falling through the cracks. just a great bunch of folks—professional, funny, easygoing, and honest. keith kept me calm when one part didn't meet their standards and the supply chain was tricky, but they got it sorted and kept everything moving. i highly recommend!

i hired Hayden & Sons Plumbers for my bathroom renovation because i didn't want to deal with the big plumbing and sewage work myself. after calling a few places, they gave me the best quote and their service was amazing. colin, who was leading the team, was really responsive and honest, and made sure the crew was doing their best. he even came by in the middle of the job to check on things. when it was time to install the bathtub, jalen and philip got it done quickly and made sure to pay attention to the small stuff, like not using purple pvc primer near the tub so it wouldn't get stained. my little daughter chatted with them while they worked, and they were super polite and took the time to listen to her stories. this is a great company and i highly recommend them for any plumbing work. i'll definitely call them again next time i need help.

i’m a bit late in sharing my thoughts, but eric did a fantastic job identifying the issue with our plumbing, with some assistance from his supervisor. our plumbing system is now functioning perfectly. i really appreciate eric's efforts. recently, keith came by to inspect our water pipes to check for any leaks. everything was in great shape! i’m giving him 5 stars for providing a thorough check and for ensuring my mother and i felt reassured that everything was working properly. philip also came to make adjustments to ensure everything was up to code for our sale. even though he received a different work order, he reached out to his supervisor, and they quickly sorted it out. philip was professional, considerate, and truly understood how important this was for us, and it was all covered under warranty. my mother and i are very thankful. 5 stars for philip’s excellent service!
