Tonight I was reminded that there are still genuinely good people in this world. My Navien tankless hot water heater stopped working right after CenterPoint repaired a gas leak on their side, and I was completely stressed trying to figure out how to get it fixed. Nick — who is not only a plumber but also services HVAC and is an electrician — showed up with kindness, patience, and a heart of gold.

He stayed far longer than expected just to make sure my son and I had hot water tonight. He listened to my story, understood the situation I was in, and when I asked what I owed him… he said nothing. I was speechless. In a world where everything feels expensive and rushed, God sent me someone honest, compassionate, and truly selfless.

Nick deserves everyone’s business. People like him are rare. I still have a little more work that needs to be done, and as soon as I can get the money together, he’s absolutely my guy.

Josh and Bobby came out to install my new RO system. They did a great job, were effective and professional. Also, they offered to help provide a free estimate for a pool pump timer that has been causing issues. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service.
