He advised me on what would take place and what to expect. He also called me out to take a look at the progress. He showed me before and after pictures of my roof. In addition, he shared with me how the cleaning would be even more clear after a hard rain. He was correct because we got a hard rain same night. Finally, I like his commitment to customer satisfaction. He said at least 3 times that if I saw something that needed further attention to let him and he would come back to take care of it. My experience with Larry and his team was a very favorable experience.
