I had my roof replaced today and I am so happy and satisfied the way this company works. Let’s start with communication. Julio Checon is on top of it. He’s very quick to reply your text messages and e-mails. He will make a follow up call the next day after he submitted the proposal. He’s easy to deal with and very straight forward. Very competitive pricing and a good warranty. Now, the teams and the work quality. The team of roofers will come first thing in the morning and ready to rock and roll. They are well trained and knowledgeable about what they are doing and you can see the determination and the passion of their job. I am a satisfied customer when it comes to the quality of their work. One thing, they clean everything and haul the old shingles with them. I walked around the ground and I did not see a single nail. The magnet that they used really worked. Tried several roofers before All Over. No one would hear me out or listen to what I thought was the issue, which was attic ventilation. Luciano came out and listened to everything we had tried. We decided on the best route to go together and his guys did a nice, solid job of installation. Shortly after I noticed a couple of things that needed to be fixed and they had their guys out quickly to fix them no questions asked. I really appreciate what they did for us and how they did things.

Julio and his team were amazing! Excellent work, reasonable prices, responds quickly, and a man of his word! If you need siding done I would highly recommend this company! I would use him again for another project.

I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company until speaking with Johnny about the estimate done for my house. He cut me off, intimidated me, and yelled at me over the phone. He would ask me a question and then cut me off halfway through my answer because he “wasn’t going to let me tell him how they do their job.” I had a very minor repair needed done, less than 12 inches of downspout needed replacing, and they gave me a very high estimate of $300. No one told me on the phone when making this appointment that their minimum repair cost is $200. I felt that my time and their time had been wasted by coming out for this estimate and was frustrated that this could have been told to me before making an appointment. This is all I was trying to convey to Johnny yet he continued to yell at me over the phone. I eventually hung up on him because it was truly out of hand the way he was speaking to me. I hope you’re proud of yourself Johnny for yelling at women on the phone.
