We just finished with the whole installation process within a month and 2 weeks of signing. I was in a rush to get the installation done to qualify for next year's tax return and this team made it happen. David Rosa and the whole staff are very professional, they were very responsive with any questions that I raised and helped alleviate any concerns throughout the whole process. We highly recommend SunTech SmartHome Solutions to anyone wanting to get top quality solar panels. I was very impressed by the quality of work that was done. Thank you SunTech!

I met SUNTech smart home solutions about 7 months ago they were the first company that I had come to my home when I was just looking everything was well informative I however did not make the decision to go to Solar that day because it sounded too good to be true. I was under no pressure to make a same day decision which I really respected I met with four other solar companies in the following month to come and the representative at SUNTech was the best Out of them all I could’ve save myself a lot of time. The installation was easy they took care of everything just collecting my information To help get the project started and a few weeks later they called me with an installation date and a few weeks after that utility company activated my system.

I saw an instant savings the first month an even bigger one the second I am really looking forward to the summer energy bills which for the first time ever I can say that!

I would highly recommend SUNTech and the team of professionals to my neighbors and family and friends.

Used him again in 2023 … left me high & dry. Still trying to get proper installation from the Ft Worth based solar company he aligned me with … been waiting 9 months now … all talk and no action … and, David is M I A. 1 star

Unbelievably rude, overpriced and unprofessional!
Will never contact him for any solar services!

The business owner's choice to post multiple negative reviews on the same establishment appears excessive and unprofessional. Such behavior undermines credibility and may reflect more on the reviewer than the business in question. It's essential to approach feedback responsibly.

Shady does not even begin to describe this guy. unprofessional at best. I would not work with him. He is dishonest.
He doesn't tell you that when you install solar panels your roof warranty is voided.

Shady business practices, promised to pay for first 18 months of payments, and then ducked and dodged to not pay. Guaranteed the system we purchased would eliminate our power bill, which it has hardly reduced it. If you’re looking to go solar, look elsewhere.

I filled out the contact form for SunTech online. I quickly received a call from a “design engineer”. Not only was he unable to tell me anything about the product or service, such as would they reinforce the roof as part of the install, but he rebuked my questions as beneath him. He said his company bypass sales people and if I wanted to pay more, I could take my Business to another company that would explain what their service involved as part of “selling me”. He told me as a “design engineer” he didn’t have to explain anything. He also told me that it was not his job to tell me how many solar panels I needed. This design engineer said it was my job to tell him how many panels I needed and I guess everything else about how to install. So, I guess anyone who is looking for a DIY project can go with this company. For me I need a company that’s going to actually do the work to assess and develop an array that’s going to work for my house as part of the project. Overall I don’t think SUNTech needs business because they seem to be so easily motivated to turn it away.

We are so excited! David not only educated us on Solar Panels, but we were in need of a new roof and we are getting all done for less than or current electricity bill. It’s a win win for us!!! Update: we had no follow up visits, people showed up at our door saying he owed them money. Very disappointed in David’s customer service in the end. BTW we see no difference in our bill after 1 year.
