Professional, responsive, and thorough. Found issues others missed and fixed them. Best experience we've had yet with a contractor! Job looks great! Don't screw around with the other guys. Go with Solid.

Every once in a while you find a gem and I found that in Solid Construction. Frank and his team are amazing at what they do. They are extremely detailed , answered all my questions and did a superb job. Don’t even look anywhere else, these guys are good and know what they are doing!!

I had all the stucco repaired on my townhouse. They went above and beyond my expectations I could not be happier from the outside stucco to the inside with drywall repairs, painting and a window replacement Franks team did great work.

Solid Construction modified our stucco surrounding our new front we installed. They did an exceptional job at a very competitive price. You cannot even tell that the door is new. It looks like it has been there since day one! Anita Potter

Frank at Solid Construction is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the job. If you need any type of stucco or construction type work, these guys will do a great job!

Did multi-bid after we needed stucco repair and window and door resealing. They were on the less expensive end and they did an awesome job- as evidenced by no leaks this recent hurricane. Highly recommend!

Frank was very patient while assisting us with all scope of work reported in the inspection of our new home. He was thorough in the assessment of the required moisture control. In addition, he was always available via phone for any question we had. He has a very professional group of individuals working with him.

Fantastic stucco repair. Prior company repaired two years ago and the cracks came back. Frank (owner) gave me a very fair quote and his crew was here daily for over two weeks. Work was 1st class!

I had to have drywall repair at my home due to a leak. Frank at solid construction made everything so easy. He managed this project from beginning to end in such a timely and professional manner. The end result was great. This company will be my go to from now on.

They did an excellent job repairing our balcony as well as a leaky window that was incorrectly installed by a previous contractor. The crew was also very courteous and professional. There was good communication during the project and they stayed on time and on budget. I’ve also been very happy with the quick responses to questions and follow up after the job was completed.

Amazing job!!! Amazed with the amount of time it took Solid Construction to fix my house up . I needed my house remodeled in a short amount of time back in November so it could be ready for the holidays. I forgot to write a review for this company then and here I am again today. Needed his work for a trailer I just bought down in Cleveland not too long ago. It’s already fixed and up for any one to rent. Love the work, detail and time he puts into his work. Highly recommend!

I hired Solid construction to fix my kitchen. Choosing this company was a great decision. They have given us the quality of service we wanted. Great attention to details! Highly recommended! Frank was a great person to work with.

Let me start by disclosing that I’m an architect with over 30 years of experience. While most companies or even architects would not be familiar with incorporating a drainage plain in to stucco construction (believe me, this is the way it should be done), I was pleasantly surprised that Frank was already familiar with the concept and was willing to incorporate this technique in to my stucco repair. You will probably not use this technique, but I’m sure Frank could do “typical” 3-coat stucco and would do it well. I recommend him to my friends.

Solid Construction replaced my roof and sealed and painted some siding which was leaking. Frank was very communicative and transparent. The lads on site did a fantastic job, in addition to being friendly and respectful. I give high marks for technical and aesthetic quality. We are much more confident heading into the summer storm season. Highly recommended!!

Frank was very responsive and honest on recommendations for stucco remediation work to be conducted. In addition, he and his team went above and beyond to verify water damage and see that all issues were rectified. It was a pleasure working with him and his team and would recommend and use Solid for future Stucco repair, sealant and painting scopes.

Frank and his crew did a great job with several different repairs in our home, including repairs to our balcony, a leaking window, and a repair of the ceiling after our water heater leaked. They were polite and professional. I appreciated the transparency for what they were doing. They finished on time and on budget. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

After interviewing several contractors and reviewing their contracts, I chose Solid Construction to seal my house and to find the cause of a long-time leak in a three story wall. During that process, mold was discovered and a large portion of the wall had to be demolished, the mold remediated and the wall reconstructed.

Solid Construction‘s price was fair and the contract terms were fair and reasonable. The owner, Frank, was easy to work with and was always responsive and willing to meet my needs. Most important, he’s honest.

The crews were capable and respectful. Quality materials were used.

I plan to use Solid Construction to keep my home leak free in the future, and wholeheartedly recommend Frank and his crew.

Frank and team really came through for us, not once but twice. We had quite a bit of stucco issues including some serous rot. Frank was very professional at every step, as were his employees seeing us through our first major set of stucco issues.

The estimate was clear, easy to read, and he came out to walk me through it, making sure i really understood things. He provided updates along with photos throughout the process. In the end, the house/stucco was now replaced, sealed, and secure.

Frank really came through the second time when we requested his assistance in the final weeks of selling/closing on our home due to an incorrect stucco inspection (buyers inspector, not performed by solid construction). He made room for us in his busy schedule to ensure whatever work that might have been needed would be repaired in time for the sale, even providing a detailed report showing how the new stucco inspection was incorrect (there was nothing wrong with our stucco), giving our buy the confidence to proceed with the purchase.

It's good to know that in a world of contractors that you can never get ahold or that follow up, Frank will be there to assist you to the best of his ability (he is a busy guy). Ensuring his clients needs are met and In my case, within a matter of days. He probably saved me from a mild stroke during the sale of our house. lol not lol.

Thanks Frank and Team!

Solid Construction deserves high praise! Frank and his multiple teams of employees, each team a sub specialist, planned, organized, and completed stucco repairs in a exemplary fashion. All work was performed in a professional manner, on time and on budget. In addition, Frank’s personal attention to the project and instantaneous responses to texts, e-mails, and phone calls is unsurpassed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Frank and his team exceeded our expectation. Their knowledge and ability to resolve an issue resulted in our home closing on time. In addition to their outstanding work, they were response and prioritized our job. We were desperate and Solid Construction came to our rescue.
