Solid Construction provided the most competitive bid for my home stucco repairs and delivered on every single aspect of the work contracted. The owner, Francisco Solis was highly professional, very responsive and trustworthy. There was no up charge or over selling on the labor or materials. The quality of the workmanship was impeccable and every attention was paid to the details of the repair as well as to the clean up. I highly recommend Solid Construction and applaud the owner for managing a well organized construction site, ensuring high quality work and completing the work in the agreed up time frame.

Recently hired Solid Construction to do some preventative maintenance on my stucco home, as well as paint my rot iron fencing and balcony railing. The overall experience was fantastic. We bid the project out to numerous different contractors and Solid was very competitive. What really set them apart was that the owner (Frank) was the only person to actually show up at my house and talk through the project. We had numerous conversations regarding the statement of work and Frank did a good job of advising me what items were important and which items could wait for later. He was all very good about give me price quotes for possible change orders, usually within a day or less. The project started promptly and the work the company performed was excellent. During the project, I accidently overpaid Frank by about a $100 in one of the draws. It was not a lot of money given the size of the project, but he caught it and let me know during the next draw. I would not have noticed if he had not said anything, so his honesty was not lost on me. If you are looking for a contractor who is honest and will shoot you straight, I would recommend giving Solid Construction a call.

We needed stucco repair that included wood damage done ASAP since we were selling our house. Solid construction was able to provide a reasonable quote and start on the project soon so we could close on time. They did great work and the work looks new and cleaned up the work area well too.
Most importantly, it was pleasant dealing with the owner of the company who was patient and understanding of our specific requests. We would definitely use them again for stucco repair. Thank you!

Frank and crew did stucco replacement and installation, along with replacing the front steps and decking. I wish the kind of work they did, had been done on the house initially. The guys knew what they were doing and diligent about it. They did a first class job and I would use them again. My neighbor , who is in construction watched what they were doing and said he was impressed. We have a new house and we are thankful for the chance to work with them.

Frank has been with us every step of the way since we bought this house in 2018. This house has required a ton of work and Frank and his team have been able to do just about ALL of the work for us with the exception of new HVAC units. Frank is quick to respond, fair and honest. I feel good knowing that Frank is on our side and that we can call him for all of our house projects which have included: drywall repair, interior painting of walls and cabinets, complete roof replacement on our terrace and decking, power and window washing, custom cabinetry work and more. Frank's crew is respectful and efficient and always do great clean up after each project. We are very grateful for Solid Construction.

Frank and his team did a great job on our stucco repair. They went above and beyond to finish the job on time despite poor weather. Frank personally came and reviewed the work done, and made sure to send his team back to fix some minor issues that he noticed. Aesthetically, the home looks great--they did a great job of blending in the new stucco with the old stucco, and you can't tell where one stops and the other begins.

Frank and team did stucco repair work and fully painted the outside of our house. They did excellent work, went out of their way to make me happy on things as I am extremely picky and were overall great to work with. My house looks brand new and beautiful. I will use them again in the future for stucco sealant work and any other items that come up. Highly recommend!

Just finished our project with Frank at Solid Construction. Couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process. We had stucco repair, rebuilt rooftop balcony, and total exterior paint job. The quote was competitive and fair. Frank did negotiate with me. Which made, what I felt a great deal. Of course, using my credit card with no extra fee, was icing on the cake! Doesn’t hurt to get some extra airline miles. Project started on schedule, delayed a bit to all the rain. The project was finished in a reasonable time. Workmanship and clean up, perfect! Contact with Frank was very responsive. Thanks guys! Looking forward to extend my warranty in two years.

Recently, Solid Construction completed a stucco repair and waterproofed the stucco at our home. The work was planned and supervised by Frank Solis.
Frank was very easy to work with. He was happy to clearly explain the various alternatives including the pros and cons of each to us and to provide an estimate for each alternative.
His work crew was competent and efficient. Notably, they cleaned up the worksite each day to minimize the impact on us and our neighbors. There were no unexpected problems. The work went according to plan and was completed on time and on budget.
We are very pleased with the result and recommend Frank to anyone needing stucco work.

Last month we joined the ever growing number of unlucky Houston home owners who had to have extensive stucco repairs at our house. We had wood rot on the side of our house and also had to redo our balcony. We had seen Solid in our neighborhood a few weeks before and liked their work. So we had a talk with Frank, the owner, about everything and then started work. The work was carried out to our total satisfaction.Frank always checked on the progress, answered all questions patiently. He really knows his stuff and his work crew are the best: hard working, very polite, left the work site spotless at the end of every day. We couldn't have picked a better contractor. Frank & his crew were wonderful. My project was a big & complex one but Frank made sure I was in the know and comfortable each step of the way. They worked on a flooding & roof leak issue that included dry wall repair / replacement, stucco work, flooring, panting, roof repairs. They were extremely clean & respectful of my home and time during the whole project. I would absolutely use Solid construction, Frank & his team again.

Frank and his team worked very hard on the stucco damage to my house to make it moisture free. Frank and his team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, coming on time, working all day including some Saturdays until the work was completed. I would not hesitate to use Frank with Solid Construction. Frank was very calm and professional throughout the entire period of construction and has a good knowledge of what needed to be done and would re-inspect to make sure the job was done correctly. He was on site throughout periods of the construction from start to finish. While not the cheapest, I would say he was the best and I would not hesitate to refer Solid Construction on the next stucco job.

I've used Solid Construction for years now and I've been extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of the guys. Frank has done a great job of taking care of my home in River Oaks and I highly recommend them. I've used them to repair everything from dry wall, water leaks, interior painting and they recently re-painted the exterior of my 3 story stucco home and I'm very pleased with all of the results and pricing. They stand behind their service and have a lot of experience!

I had Frank and his crew repairing stucco at my house from Sept. to Nov. this year. They replaced stucco and wood substrate on almost entire front wall of my house, sealed all windows/penetrations, and painted the stucco wall. I'm very satisfied with their work. The quote was very competitive and Frank generously allowed credit card payment. The work was professionally done following what's specified on the contract. Frank and crew even went the extra mile to help me replace tiles on front porch and fix window weep hole issue. I highly recommend them for stucco repair and painting.

Not only did we have Major Stucco problems we had Structural Beam problems on homes 8 years old. My 5 neighbors interviewed 5 different Stucco Companies and we all agree on Solid Construction.
It took them 8 months to complete all the homes. They were very meticulous in doing the job right and being sure no corners were cut. They gave us a 2 year warranty on the job and we can extend it as long as we up with the maintenance they require.

Stucco repair, sealing and painting for a 3-story townhome is a big job, but Frank and his team were total pros from the beginning. Frank came to my house personally to see what needed to be done, reviewed my stucco inspection report, and gave me a detailed written bid in just a few days. I was very pleased with the quality of their work as well as the ease of communicating with Frank at every step of the job via text/email/phone. The workers on site were nice young men who were obviously experienced for their tasks. They were very careful of my property, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of a workday. Frank visited the site as needed. Highly recommend Solid Construction!

We are very happy with the work Solid Construction did on the exterior stucco of our home. We hired them after getting multiple estimates from different companies, and they did amazing quality work for a very competitive price! Frank was very communicative, sending pictures of the progress every day. He was also very responsive, if we ever had any questions he would answer them thoroughly and right away. We would definitely use them again if needed!

Frank and the Solid Construction team did a great job and exceeded all expectations. I had a large job that involved stucco repairs in multiple areas, fixing three flat roofs, and rebuilding a balcony heavily damaged by wood rot. Frank was very response to my questions and Solid Construction did a great job on fixing the leaks and resolving the issues. They also went above and beyond when it came to the details. When painting the exterior, they also made sure to paint the eaves and downspouts to give it a completed look. When laying the decking for the balcony, they laid a trim that turned it into a showstopper.

The price was very competitive for the amount of work.

We had our stucco repaired by Solid Construction. Overall, quality of work was satisfactory. They walked us though repair process, explained damages and showed up for work as expected. They also worked on Saturdays. I’d recommend them.

If there were more stars, I would give it. The result is excellent, and the crews were a pleasure to work with. I am glad I chose to work with them.
