When we originally met with the gentleman that gave us a quote for trimming our trees, he told us that scheduling would reach out to us to schedule our service appointment. My husband had to call back a week later to set the appointment up himself, because he never heard from anyone. When he called, they told him that he was scheduled for Friday, but they didn’t know if it was morning or evening, and that someone would let him know on Wednesday. No one called to give my husband this update on Wednesday, so he had to call AGAIN to find out on Thursday. We had an appointment scheduled to have our trees trimmed, with the time window of 1p-4p today. When no one had come, or notified us that the schedule was running behind by 3:30p, my husband called to get an update of when someone would arrive. He was told that someone would call him back with an update. We never received a call. My husband called again at 5p, and was told that the project manager claimed he tried calling, but the call went straight to voicemail. No message was left. The lady my husband was speaking to informed him then that no one would be coming today, and that we could reschedule for next week. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. While we do understand that it did rain for a little bit today, which could have potentially made schedules run behind, NO ONE EVER communicated that with us. We had to call TWICE today to be told that no one was coming.

** EDIT ** After writing this review, my husband received a call within about 30 minutes from scheduling, stating that a crew would be working the following day (Saturday), and that they could have a crew out for an appointment with us first thing in the morning. My husband asked for a specific time, and he was told the crew would be at our home first thing, between 8-8:30am, which my husband agreed to. The following morning, no one had shown up by 8:30a. This time, my husband was not going to make multiple phone calls, we were just going to go about our day and continue to take our business elsewhere. As he was about to leave to run an errand, the crew showed up, just after 9:00a. My husband allowed them to continue with the service. After only about 45 minutes, they were already cleaning up and about to leave. My husband had to go out and point out several neglected places in our trees, and ask them to continue trimming. At this point, we are not displeased with the tree trimming. It is disappointing that my husband did have to ask the crew to properly trim, but the final result is acceptable. Our end goal would never be to tarnish a company’s reputation, but the fact remains that the communication from this business was completely lacking, and not acceptable. They have called multiple times, after the fact, to follow up. This is the same attention that should have been given before and during the service window though. And not only because of a bad review.

After thoroughly researching and interviewing several companies, we chose JRP Tree Demolition, and we couldn't be happier! Their prompt response and exceptional professionalism set them apart. The crew was incredibly careful with our landscape, ensuring every bit of debris from the removal of our two towering trees was cleaned up. We wholeheartedly recommend JRP Tree Demolition for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction!
