Best price and great professional service done, had four different
bids and would use this family owned business again .

Showed up for my neighbors at 8am I was home the entire time, I had to leave at 1030 to do a curbside for groceries...I almost left my dogs out... I watch my cameras when i leave home and saw a guy in our backyard which worried me for 2 reasons, I could have had my dogs out and number 2 you can't enter my yard our fence is high and gates are padlocks
I confronted him asking who he was all he could say in English was "i do my job sorry sorry sorry". I said thats fine but you waited until I left.

Second person denied the ability to speak English. Finally the lady he told me to talk to tried to deny it, i said no he told me you do speak english...she apologized and said yes.. then she said sorry we just do our job. I said that's not a problem I'm ok with it but you waited until I left,, she said "yes yes we did".. I told her, just ask, we have a gate i could have opened and I would of been aware. Shady people

Guerro tree service did an Outstanding job! They were punctual, professional and pros at their job! I had several trees removed as well as all of the trees trimmed on my property and mulch put in the front and back of my property. Their work is great and price is fair! I would highly recommend them for your tree needs!!

Once again Guerrero did an excellent job trimming our trees. They also too down a huge diseased oak that was growing between our gazebo and fence and did an amazing job. They are always so professional and do an excellent job cleaning up! This is the 4th time we have used them and I would not go with anyone else!

I cannot say enough about my experience with the Houston Tree Team. The crew of four handled everything I requested with great care and attention to detail, including removing all limbs, branches, and leaves from the property. They were friendly, courteous, and highly professional throughout the entire process. The work was completed efficiently, and the pricing was fair and reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and professional tree services.

Awesome service! They arrived 15 minutes after I called. They just came to give me an estimate, but they stayed and finished the job right away. Now my yard looks great for holiday guests and the old dead tree is gone. Great work!

We hired Universal Tree Service to remove 5 trees. One group of trees was close to our neighbors driveway. We warned them prior to cutting about our neighbors driveway and to be careful. Unfortunately when cutting a major trunk their cable holding the trunk was cut by them resulting in the trunk falling directly onto our neighbors driveway. They also damaged our neighbors basketball goal. We have a signed letter from the company stating it was there fault and they would replace the driveway they damaged. We requested the license number and company name of the concrete company they were using to replace the driveway. They refused to give us that information stating that any information requested by us was only between our neighbor and Universal Tree Service. It is OUR responsibility to replace the driveway and basketball goal and their refusal to communicate that information to us, the homeowners who hired them, is contemptuous, at best. The company sent many hostile texts to me declining to give us the information due to the fact that they wanted to replace the driveway as cheaply as possible. Ultimately they did repair our neighbors driveway. While they do have a Certificate Of Liability Insurance they do not hold a Louisiana Arborist License.
The unprofessional manner in which Universal Tree Service has communicated with us regarding the damage they caused is wholly unacceptable. The company is based out of Houston Texas, 9201 Meta St, Houston, TX 77022. We also be filed a complaint with the BBB of Houston Texas. To date they have not responded to our complaint. ALSO THEY ARE NOT LICENSED IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AS THEY DO NOT HOLD AN ARBORIST LICENSE. WE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY. THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN A CEAST AND DESIST ORDER AND ARE NOT TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF LOUISIANA.

Superb service. Very professional. Trees removed safely and quickly. All debris was removed, stumps ground, and yard was graded. Arrived early and stayed until job was complete. Would rehire

They did a great job trimming my Magnolia trees away from the house and power lines. I am a little picky and they exceeded my expectations! Friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended.

I give these guys 5 stars they did a excellent job but I dropped it to 1 star because they damaged my new high dollar metal roof folding it back on a small part and did not said a word, my trust is gone and wished like hell I could take back the tip I gave them back. I do want to say the bosses Danny and Henry might not know that this happened but it did, there is no way the wind did this damage the Metal is too Stout. If they see this review and come back and repair damage I will up review with 10 stars.

Amazing team and owner! Incredible customer service and professionalism. Our massive oak trees look incredible after years of neglect from the prior owners of the home. They also hung our tree swing perfectly, cannot say enough about the quality of work. D&K will be the company we always use for our trees.
