Cooper Air Service designed and installed the entire HVAC system when we built our house over 23 years ago. They have done all maintenance, repair, and needed updates over the years and the service, knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy have been the absolute best.

Timeliness of the work being completed was great. They were able to get out to me within four hours of my call. The people are great also. The work was completed on October 17th to replace the fan capacitor on my outdoor unit. My problem is that I was not made aware of the service charge of $99 and that it would not be included in the work if I chose to use them for the repair. I believed this to be common practice through multiple companies that I use both past and present. On Nov 7th I emailed back asking a question as far as why it cost $250 to have a fan capacitor changed out and if there policy is that the service call is charged no matter what and I received no response. I would not be writing this review had I received a response but apparently my business is not worth responding to.
This weekend I replaced my entire indoor and outdoor HVAC system and used someone else here in Kingwood.

We contacted this company because a neighbor of ours spoke very highly of them. We had a local (Humble) company come out to service our HVAC system. The technician from the that company (who I would LOVE to name, but won't) told us our system was beyond repair and needed to be replaced to the tune of approx. $30,000. We called Cooper Air for an estimate for a new HVAC system. The owner of the company recommended that they (Cooper Air) give us a second opinion. One of their technicians came out, replaced some parts, said the system was good to go and we have been on a maintenance program with them for a few years now. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks.

Fast, efficient, on-time with reasonable prices.

The staff of Cooper air with out of their way to do everything to get my AC system up and running the same day. It was a very hot day with the high being over 100° and the diagnosis and repair was not easy. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Top quality service from the beginning to the very end. I decided to have my complete system replaced at 4:00 pm on Wednesday afternoon. The system was installed and running THE NEXT DAY. The crew arrived on time and explained everything clearly. I am so pleased with my experience with Cooper Air Service. I am a customer for life!

Our A/C went down at 3pm. By 6pm they had made temporary repairs to keep us cool during the night then first thing the next morning they finished the repairs.
Great folks, just can’t say enough good things about them. Even the cost was very reasonable.

These guys came out in beryl while generator company was nowhere to be found Daniel was working Sunday to get my family ac and power. Very grateful to work with them. Lots of companies didn’t provide any assistance in beryl.

I called Cooper Air Service for the first time on a Saturday morning due to our AC stopping overnight. A technician was there in less than two hours and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad fan motor. He removed the old one, picked up a new one, and completed the work within 3 hours. The price was extremely reasonable and fair. I will definitely be calling them from now on! Always happy to support a family business that treats you right!

Woke up to an extremely warm house 9/22. Contacted Cooper at 8 a.m. and they showed up just after noon. They diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repair to get us cooled off again. Fast, friendly, affordable service and great communication.
