WOW! I contacted Atascocita TX Dryer Vent Cleaning less than 2 hours ago for a clogged dryer vent and wet clothes that wouldn't dry. My clothes are now drying, and my vents are completely free of obstructions. Also, the price was very reasonable. This will be the place I recommend to all my friends with vent problems.

Atascocita TX Dryer Vent Cleaning is excellent! First time we used them. The tech came out, brought large ladder, climbed onto roof of our house to access dryer duct. We had a lot of lint stuck in the duct. He removed, checked behind dryer. He was on time, highly professional, the price is very fair. We are now loyal customers. Tried charging a high price of $395 after 15 minutes of work. Most places would charge no more than half that and do a much better job. The guy did not know how to diagnose a dryer vent booster fan. Just pulled it out of the line and joined the two ends together. Seriously? Left me with a receipt that's barely filled out and where there is writing no one can read it.
I bought a 50ft dryer cleaning vent kit online for $35 and cleaned the vent thoroughly. Bought a new high quality dryer booster fan for $220 and installed it myself. Job now done the right way.
This kind of place is why I don't like contractors. Most are shady.
Also the company name on the receipt isn't the same as the number I called. Seems like whoever answers just assigns the job to a contractor. Lots of red flags from my experience.
Also strange that a good portion of the few reviews on here are the only reviews those posters have ever made. 🤔

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! From my experience, this outfit is totally unprofessional, incompetent, and given the chance, will RIP YOU OFF!
Their warranty is just as worthless as their workmanship. Once they have your money, you will never see them again. In fact, the service guy refused to leave the premises until my electronic payment cleared. NOW, I can see why!
I was promised numerous times that they would return and fix the useless repair, which failed the first day. But they never did. Of course, they never returned calls as well. I finally gave up after their worthless warranty expired.
Unfortunately, I did not check their reviews in advance as I had used A-Better (that's a laugh) Appliance Repair in 2019 and was satisfied.
If you've already been ripped off, I suggest you try reporting it to the County Consumer Fraud office. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

This business kept the first appointment to diagnose the issues, but defrauds and scams its customers by
allegedly ordering parts, then fails to deliver by scheduling and canceling future repair dates for various reasons (illness) repeatedly (x 4 over several weeks). They don't communicate well, either. Website phone number is false (Brightspeed IPS number).
Needed to repair LG Stove & refrigerator. Couldn't do either.

Dusty came out the day called, was very nice and informative, didnt need much service on a cheap microwave, not pulling air up, told me to check roof and also to open door or window when usung top front burners, only charged 50.00 highly recc.

Work performed by Appliance Repair of Humble (ARH) to repair refrigerator.

Summary of events with work performed by ARH:

Initial diagnosis by ARH was to replace compressor.

On December 26, 2018, ARH replaced the compressor and left.
That evening, I called ARH and reported that the refrigerator was not working.

On December 27, 2018, ARH returned and made the diagnosis that the replacement compressor had failed and burned out a control board.

On December 29, 2018, ARH replaced the compressor and a control board.
That evening, I called ARH and reported that the refrigerator was not working.

On January 4, 2019, ARH worked on the refrigerator again and left.
That evening I called ARH and reported the refrigerator was not cooling and there was signal on the refrigerator door as follows:

ER Co

ARH told me the signal meant "communication error". ARH directed that I unplug the refrigerator, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. It reset the refrigerator.

On January 21, 2019 the refrigerator stopped cooling and the signal on the refrigerator door was ER Co. I reported the issue to ARH that evening.

I am seeking the following remedy:

Appliance Repair of Humble take back the defective parts if desired by ARH.
Appliance Repair of Humble return the charge of $757. 75 for parts and labor.

Today January 22, 2018, David W. Deggie, owner of Appliance Repair of Humble has refused.

I as a senior citizen and a Viet Nam Veteran, recommend that you avoid this group.

At first I thought what a nice company, I had three appliances to be fixed, my wall oven, my cooktop, and my ice maker on my refrigerator, the only thing that was fixed properly was the wall oven ! My cooktop had caulking around it, the repair man took it apart, but stated he couldn't put it back together again so now it wobbles, I should have been told beforehand that it would be fixed but not put back like it was..my refrigerator needed a water hose replaced for the ice maker, now I'm told I have two more problems because the water comes out slow and ice cubes are small, mind you I paid 86.66 along with a 45 dollar service fee, so actually the.only tjing that was fixed was my wall oven...would not recommend this company to anyone else beware they will tear your stuff apart and not put it back or come up with several more problems you didn't have before they came.and my refrigerator is only a year old...ratchet company!!!!

Called for service for refrigerator not cooling, technician stated that it needed a part and that the part was not available until the next day. They returned the next day with the part and installed the part. The following morning the refrigerator was doing the same thing still not cooling. We called the company back and they sent the technician back, he removed the part that was installed and reinstalled the original part. Since the payment was made by CC the technician stated that he had no signal to credit the credit card and that when he got back to the office he was rude was stating that we were crazy and that we would have to take his word for it that it would be credited. He refused to give any kind of paper work stating the part was returned. Do NOT use this company. Sound have read the review that was posted and would have definitely used a different company.

I am surprised by the negative reviews on here. We have used this service for the better part of 7 years (at least) and have always been satisfied by their repairs or inspections. They've helped with our refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, and drying machines, and have always been straight forward, professional, polite, and effective. Their repairs last and their prices are fair.

We’ve had them out to our house to fix our refrigerator. Our freezer wasn’t working properly and wasn’t making ice. After three attempts and nearly $600 later it still doesn’t work. I’ve called them back to address these issues but no one answers the phone. I’ve left voicemails and no one will return my call. Parts are still under warranty but it doesn’t really matter if this company won’t return calls and honor the warranty. I now have to call another repair company. Needless to say I won’t be using them again. And I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. On top of the issues listed above the service guy who came to do the repairs was kind of a jerk.

My dishwasher wasn’t draining and without much evaluation I was told the drain pump needed to be replaced. I had another repair man come by and it was actually the drain tube that wasn’t wide enough and food was getting clogged.
