I talked to several electricians at different companies to install a manual transfer switch for a generator, and John at A Phase Electric was the only electrician who really took the time to understand why I was wanting this solution instead of trying to push me to towards another solution. He took a customer-first approach instead of pushing me to what would be easiest for him.

On top of all of this, John showed up when he said he would be there, if not early, and the job was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Very positive experience!

John Wilson is a great electrician. He’s dependable, on time, and does great work. I’ve called him several times (once for an emergency) and he’s always available.

I have been using this Co for years. They always have someone ready available for when you need them. They are aleays on time, very cordial and helpful. They do a great job. I have had breaker box put in, electric wiring replaced, ceiling fans installed

This company certainly went above and beyond the call of duty I called him and checked with him 3 or 4 times about quotes and prices and stuff and after it was all said and done I wound up using a face with Jonathan Wilson came out there and inspected my my work and electrical hookups and stuff he was very patient very professional just a goodall round country electrician but he did a good job and I really would recommend them again I would use them again I think Jonathan Wilson from a face electric and Huffman Texas appreciate them very very much thank you my name is Ben I certainly appreciate Kevin good honest people like Jonathan and A phase company

Other reviews of this company led me to them. I had problems with a ceiling fan, not sure if it was wiring or the fan. Turned out it was the fan. Another electrician came back later in the week and installed a new fan and an additional one in another room. The trip fee from the first visit was applied against the installation on the second trip. Both electricians were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.

We needed a new electrical panel and decided to install it indoors. The old outdoor panel was removed. A Phase Electic was recommended to us. From the initial call Jena referred me to John who requested photos of work prior to coming out to check the job and giving us a quote. Mark the electrical technician that did the work communicated with us prior to and after completion of installation. The quality of work Mark provided was very impressive. We later called to install an attic light switch. .A Phase Electic is the one to call for anyone looking for electrical work.

Our AC stopped working after Hurricane Beryl and I was referred to A Phase by my HVAC company. They were easy to work with to schedule an appointment and showed up exactly when they said they would with a nice tracking feature to see exactly how far away the technician was. Mark showed up, checked out the unit and immediately diagnosed the issue as a bad disconnect box and got us back and running immediately. Very friendly, efficient, and great experience. Will definitely call again and recommend.

Excellent service. Mark found the problem quickly, even though the issue was an obscure one in an attic box. Also explained everything well. A pleasure to do business with these folks.
Another great experience, this time Will did the work. More strangeness with my wiring. He dug in until all the problems were repaired and fair on price. I’m carving their number onto the back of my phone in case something happens to the cloud.

Highly recommended! They were extremely responsive, and took multiple phone calls from me with questions before doing the work. My panel was replaced quickly and at a good price. They made sure to stay and trouble shoot additional issues I was having, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

I was very happy with our service call. Mark was very thorough troubleshooting and correcting a problem we were having with a tripping breaker. He was very professional and conversational throughout the process. He also made short work of replacing an outside light that was mounted up a tree. The cost of everything was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them for any electrical need you may have.
