My neighbor had recommended that I use Elder with JNE TREE SERVICE so I gave them a call. I'm just thrilled at how wonderful my property has turned out. They removed several large pine trees and trimmed the oak trees in the front of my house. My property turned out better than I could have imagined and for that reason I'm on here leaving this review. I give them 5 stars all around. Good people - Amazing work - Fair price and Fantastic clean-up - they also installed mulch in my front flower beds. If you live in the Houston, Texas area and have tree needs them give these guys a call. Thanks Elder!

We have used JNE for several years now and have always been very happy with their work. They are not just branch choppers. They know their trade well and help us understand our trees' issues and how best to address them. They do what they promise and always ensure they do not leave before confirming our satisfaction. I especially appreciate their conscientiousness in cleaning the job site thoroughly when they finish.

JNE did an amazing job! Mr Flores and his crew removed several pine trees and trimmed our oak tree in a manner that really opened it up. You can tell that they are arborist and not just a landscaping company. Would highly recommend.

Antonio and his team are excellent - they work quickly and efficiently and they show up exactly when they say they will every time. This is our second year to use JNE and we will use them yearly going forward. They trim the trees well and keep us from having issues with major branches or things falling when the storms hit. Also they are good at diagnosing what’s going on with a tree and when it’s time to go ahead and remove them. Overall, so pleased with their level of service, attention to detail and overall professionalism. A job incredibly well done!

Antonio is professional and quick to respond. His crew is respectful, on time, and professional. They cleaned up well after they trimmed everything. Antonio is extremely knowledgeable about trees and knows how to best maintain any tree you may have. Our trees are over 60 years old and have to specially cared for. Antonio’s crew has done a great job preserving our old trees, keeping them healthy, trimming, canopy lifting, airing, and encouraging new growth on them. After inspecting our trees, they quickly pointed out a pear tree I had that had some rot and suggested removing it. I decided not to at the time of suggestion and less than a month later a large portion of the tree had fallen and his crew had to come back and remove it and grind the stump. Luckily, it didn’t land on top of our shed but it did fall right next to it. Antonio and his crew are knowledgeable and trustworthy with their suggestions. Also well priced! Highly recommend this service to anyone.

We were searching for a good company to remove a dead tree that had been literally hanging over us for a while now. Antonio was able to come out the same day, and he worked with me when I needed to change the meet up time. The quote was fair and a good price, it included cutting down and removal of the tree parts from our yard. The crew got here early and the job was done quickly and efficiently. JNE Tree Service applied mulch to my front and backyard. They cleaned out all my flower beds and took away all the debris. Driveway and walkways were also blown out. My yard looks great! Thank you JNE Tree Service! I will be calling you next year for mulching!

JNE Tree Services recently handled a major tree and shrub pruning job in our yard. It was our first time to use their services. I have no doubt we will use them again in the future.

They handled the work swiftly, carefully following our requests and asking questions whenever they had any reservations or doubts about our instructions.

Afterwards, they cleaned up and hauled away all the cuttings.

Their fees were very competitive. We had requested quotes from 3 different tree service companies. All three companies carried workmen’s compensation insurance. The quotes from the other two companies were slightly more than 50% higher than the quote from JNE Tree Services.

I have used this company 2-3 times over the years and highly recommend them. My trees had to be trimmed extensively (as required by house insurance) but they managed to still make them look balanced. Their price is very reasonable and the work is done efficiently.

Overall, I highly recommend JNE tree service for their professionalism and courteous demeanor.

I highly recommend this company only complaint is the morning the crew arrived I didn't get a text or phone call prior and they arrived at 7:50 am. I was still in bed and it made me very grumpy. I understand why they came so early but it's kinda crazy to spend so much money for a service and not get a courtesy call or text saying hey we will arrive in xx amount of time.
