Have to go with one Star here guys! Stopped in because it was close, needed a Challenger 1p (2) 15A duplex breaker (just two 15A breakers hooked together) and was charged $15.16 on 5-29-2018. Cutler Hammer breaker was provided from Elliot and the SAME breaker is $3.87 at Home Depot. Buyer beware! They will stick it to you if given the chance. I have never been treated like that at Besco Electric. It's Home Depot or Besco for me in the future. Shame on you Elliot. D.M

I was referred today to this store by someone at Ace Hardware because they did not have what I needed. Not knowing much about electronics, I went into Elliott Electric with a video of what I was needing. I was barely able to give the customer service representative my phone to review the video before he handed it back to me and immediately resumed playing a game on his phone. He told me that he is a sales representative and that he doesn't know anything about the technology. I was told that no one in the building would know how to help me because they are all just in sales and don't know the technology. I am repeating this because the man I was dealing with continued to repeat it. The majority of this conversation occurred with him playing a game on his phone and he didn't bother to look up. I am curious about you sell products that you know nothing about. How does this store stay in business?

I walk in with a part and was told no dont have and ask do you have anything close to it no cant help you dont know if i was up for that kind of service I would have went to Walmart. Thanks

Was passing through the area and stopped by to pick up a few switches I didn't feel comfortable ordering on Amazon. Jason took the time to explain to me what I needed and what I didn't, saving me money and a hell of a lot of frustration. They only had a few of the switches I needed in stock but ordered the extra few I needed for me to be delivered to my house. They shipped to me so fast that they almost beat me home.

Can't recommend Jason and his team enough. Thank you!

Brought a couple of fuses in a few minutes before they closed.
Guy at the counter made no effort to help and clearly had no interest to helping me. Told me he had no idea what they were and dismissed me.

We went to pick up our order 30 mins prior to them closing today 12.2.25. The Hispanic and older white guy was rude and rushing us they kept saying we’re closing in 10 mins. Specifically, we get here early, at 7 and the Hispanic guy says I have kids and a family, like he’s the only one. We don’t get off until 4:30 so we arrived as soon as possible. On top of that they messed up the order. Needless to say their customer service sucks and need to have long business hours for the folks that work. I have never felt so rushed in my life. This is how companies lose money by providing shitty customer service.

Always on time, trustworthy, and great to take care if all your heating and air conditioning needs. Independent, local business which is a big bonus.

Quick response which was huge having 2 little ones. Called at around 5:30pm and was at my door around 6:15pm. Friendly and professional. Explain everything and after picking up the parts the next morning had us going before the heat hit.

This company has fantastic service. Jay took my call shortly after 8am and had our A/C up and running by 11:00am. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Jay does all my HVAC work. He’s dependable, always suggests lower cost alternatives (ie: aftermarket parts or things you can do yourself), does quality work and cleans up afterwards.

I have been using Jay for years. You will not find a more knowledgeable, honest and reasonable AC and heating guy. He does what he says he's going to do and that's hard to find these days! As far as I'm concerned, there's not another AC guy in the area.

We have used Deerwood Air Solution for the past 15 years, at our rental properties as well as our remodeling maintenance company.
They have always been dependable, trustworthy and reasonable on prices.
