Reviews of local pros in Humble, Texas

Lorenzo and assistant provide excellent Dryer vent and duct cleaning service. They also accept credit cards, If you are in spring and humble kingwood area. Very recommend for air duct cleaning services. Thanks you guys!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. We first Tamir when he came to assess our hvac duct system in our new house in Cypress Texas, Jacob was super professional and clear, and then after that I had some issues come up with my system, and he was incredibly helpful and responsive in our time. He want above and beyond to help us and I will never call anyone else for HVAC Duct cleaning related issues, they have earned my business for life.

Today we made an appointment for our clogged dryer vent and 2 service men arrived in a van and were professional and on time and quickly in less than 15 mins cleaned the clogged vent and dryer works now and clothes dry without condensation build up. If you live in the Humble Atascocita areas I highly recommend their service. 👍

People who are amazing did great work! The team was very skilled and polite. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. We appreciate Quality Home Air.

Meh. Guy was in a hurry, but also wanted to talk and upsell. Cost was almost 4X than what was quoted on phone ($99 "first 6 feet"). Talk talk talk, wanted me to use a cash app, kindly refused, told him it would be CC. Didn't clean up mess outside. Maybe this is an industry standard, I don't know. For the work he did I can get a kit off of amazon and save a lot of $$$

8/8/24 I guess you can add threats to the above list. I have revised to one star to reflect accordingly. Oh BTW, the "tech" was BEN(?) and the admin was Abigale (she was professional).

Giovani came out gave quote. Price was reasonable. Scheduled for the following Monday because that’s the only day we are available. Monday rolls around & I texted him to confirm appointment. Everything was fine. He texted me a saying he was 45 minutes away & then called saying 20 minutes away. Appointment was for 2:00. 3:00 rolls around So I texted him to ask if he was lost. No response for about 30 minutes. Calls me & said his wife for some reason his wife scheduled us for Tuesday. Long story short I fired them. That is my experience. 😪

Today was a great day! My AC vents are now looking new again thanks to the system maintenance from your professional team! Sam was great and very informative on letting me know the process and they did a wonderful job!

Quick, knowledgeable, and affordable!

We have been using this company for years. Hands down the best customer service and quality work!

Completely genuinely honest company, who showed up when I called them at last minute and did an amazing job. They had my 6 year old carpet looking brand new again.

I called last minute on a Saturday to see if we could get our living room and bedroom cleaned before our house was listed for sale the following week. They had a tech out within an hour and our carpets look MUCH better. We are very appreciative of the prompt and quality service they provided

We used Kingwood Carpet Cleaning to stretch and clean the carpet in our home. Frank came out to provide the estimate and Ivan provided the services. Every contact with this company has been very positive and the work provided by Ivan was excellent! A truly professioanl and honest company!

Be wary.
Made an appt with Kingwood Carpet Cleaning and verifed with receptionist that they would be able to help move furniture as i am unable physically.

Recieved call of service tech coming and he did arrive on time but in a service truck from another company altogether.
He then refused to move any furniture due to liability issues.
At that point I dismissed him from my home, losing a whole day and having to enlist another company.

100% glad with the skilled work, timeliness and backbone of a miscommunication relating to the quoted worth. The invoiced quantity was above I expected supported the quote and once I noted this, they offered to refund the distinction (even although my husband had already paid the invoice and also the quote I received was verbal, over the phone). Atascocita Texas dryer Vent cleaning incontestable that they extremely price and guarantee client satisfaction! THANKS!

Went to go by but it’s a fake address, this is Ross. They also have one that is the same address as Lowe’s.

Had my dryer vent cleaned and was very happy with the service! Very polite and professional. Thank you!!

WOW! I contacted Atascocita TX Dryer Vent Cleaning less than 2 hours ago for a clogged dryer vent and wet clothes that wouldn't dry. My clothes are now drying, and my vents are completely free of obstructions. Also, the price was very reasonable. This will be the place I recommend to all my friends with vent problems.

Atascocita TX Dryer Vent Cleaning is excellent! First time we used them. The tech came out, brought large ladder, climbed onto roof of our house to access dryer duct. We had a lot of lint stuck in the duct. He removed, checked behind dryer. He was on time, highly professional, the price is very fair. We are now loyal customers. Thank you Atascocita TX Dryer Vent Cleaning , We will call you again the next year fo sure!!

Tried charging a high price of $395 after 15 minutes of work. Most places would charge no more than half that and do a much better job. The guy did not know how to diagnose a dryer vent booster fan. Just pulled it out of the line and joined the two ends together. Seriously? Left me with a receipt that's barely filled out and where there is writing no one can read it.
I bought a 50ft dryer cleaning vent kit online for $35 and cleaned the vent thoroughly. Bought a new high quality dryer booster fan for $220 and installed it myself. Job now done the right way.
This kind of place is why I don't like contractors. Most are shady.
Also the company name on the receipt isn't the same as the number I called. Seems like whoever answers just assigns the job to a contractor. Lots of red flags from my experience.
Also strange that a good portion of the few reviews on here are the only reviews those posters have ever made. 🤔

It is rare to see this kind of care in cleaning

Awesome customer service. My carpet looks and smells wonderful. Thank you
